Siistiä ja ystävällistä. All inclusive-tuola buffetissa melko mautonta. Aamiainen hyvä. Harmillista, ettei voinut varata itselle maksullista ala carte päivällistä yhtenäkään kolmesta illasta: olisi vaatinut 7 pv varauksen, jotta olisi saanut syödä ala cartessa yhden kerran. Olisimme mielellämme maksaneet kunnon ruuasta. Henkilökunta oli erityisen ystävällistä kaikkialla. Mutta ruuan tylsyys vei pisteitä muuten hyvästä kokemuksesta. Tuskin enää koskasn menemme all inclusiveen tämän jälkeen.

Hotel requires a refurbish. Room always very clean and hotel staff very helpful and plesant. Food to a very good standard. Gardens and poor area in poor condition only because the weather as been unbelievably very bad. Reasonably priced . John Close.

An all inclusive hotel. If you are family try to choose , Select Villa. These are 2 rooms, balcony is opening directly to pool. However these rooms are quiet far away from seaside and hotel facilities. The food and deinks are average . In general clean hotel. The staff is great. Seaside sandy. The activities are standart.

Hotel en bord de mer, confortable, propre. Très belles piscines, chambre confortable. Le buffet est très bon et variés. Les animateurs du mini club sont très sympathiques. Dommage que le mini bar soit remplis qu'une seule fois à l'arrivée contrairement a d'autres hôtels...

Fantastic hotel, the reception staff are very polite, and very helpful.. The rooms are beautiful, very specious and exceptionally clean. If you find a better hotel in Belek, please let me know, because this hotel was perfect in EVERY way... The restaurant was always clean and the food was delicious.. Fantastic service in the restaurant... 10/10 perfect in every way.. We will be returning next year..

Pas un 5 étoiles d'une grande ville

- Formule "all inclusive" très attractive et comprenant la soirée du Nouvel An; - Qualité du personnel très inégale (souriants et très courtois de la part du personnel féminin du lobby, mais limite incompétent de la part de 2 jeunes hommes - stagiaires !?); - Infrastructure excellente; - Nettoyage de la chambre pas au niveau (un jour j'oublie de nettoyer la chambre - après 3 rappels, fait à 21.00 !, un jour j'oublie de vider les poubelles, un jour je ne change pas les draps...); - Très bonne idée d'avoir un service d'infirmière sur place mais trop "business" à mon goût (EUR 50.- pour 3 médicaments avec l'infirmière !); - Nombreuses coupures de courant (pas longue mais régulière)
