Highly recommended

Stayed for three nights with my nine-year old boy. Excellent pool area with lots of different pools with different depths and three waterslides. Also several indoor/shadowed pools when the sun is high. Very nice sand beach with no rocks and small waves. Warm and nice water in both sea and pools. Good food at buffet restaurant. Friendly staff, got an upgrade to a room with sea view. Clean rooms, calm atmosphere. Highly recommended hotel, just 20 minutes by car from Antalya airport.

The hotel and staff were lovely but we were supposed to get a free bottle of fizzy wine off hotels.com but when I got it home and google translated it it was alcohol free also at the bar you were corralled into a line so only 1 person could get served at a time, I have seen this years ago in 3 * hotels but I didn’t think they still done this, my brothers were staying at there sister hotel Arcadia and we went there and had a better experience, but I must say the entertainment team were great the shows were fabulous xx

I had booked the presidential suite which indicated that it could accommodate 6 people whereas we were 5. The desk manager told me that the presidential suite was meant for 4 adults and 2 children and therefore I was responsible for paying for 1 more adult. I ended up paying an extra Euros 320 for 1 more adult for 4 nights. On the last night of our stay my daughter (who weighs 70kg) sat on a chair in our bedroom and one of its legs gave way and she fell down. Luckily she didn't hurt herself and since we were getting late for a wedding I did not call the front desk to report this and went to attend the wedding. The next morning at check out I reported the chair incident to front desk who upon instruction from his desk manager insisted on charging us TL 500 for the damage. To avoid missing our flight from the airport, I paid that sum and left in a rental car that had been arranged by the hotel. As we were on our way to Antalya airport, the driver of the cab received a call from the hotel asking him to bring us back to the hotel because there was a major problem. When we arrived back we were told that they had mistakenly charged us only TL 500 thinking it was a plastic chair that broke, but when they found out that it was a wooden chair, the charge was going to be TL 2000 and that is why they had called us back to the hotel. This has been the most horrible experience of my stay in any hotel where we were hijacked from our ride to the airport and were forced to pay the “ransom”.

Ailemle beş gece kaldım. Öncelikle müdüründen son personeline kadar süper kalifiye ve ilgili çalışanları var. Resepsiyondan garsonuna herkes güler yüzlü ve kimse bir dediğinizi iki etmemek için özveriyle çalışıyor. Girişte odalarda bir yanlışlık olunca bizi talep etmemize rağmen deniz tarafı family odaya terfi ettirdiler. Yemekler, ikramlar, temizlik vs bence hepsi 10 numara, sahilde iki devasa iskelesi var, deniz tarafı kusursuz diyebilirim. Ne daha iyi olabilir derseniz, özellikle otel 11 yaş altı çocuklu ailelerle ful doluydu, misafirlerin çoğu bu şekildeydi. Çok sayıda havuz olmasına rağmen, çok küçük çocuklar ve bezli bebekler de büyük havuzu doldurmuştu, bu sebeple büyük havuzlarda yetişkin olarak keyif almadım. Bu belki biraz düzenlenebilir. Ha, sizin de 11 yaş altı çocuğunuz varsa o zaman da siz çok eğlenirsiniz. İkinci yorumum animasyon ve şovlar biraz rutin, bizi oyaladı ama üst üste üç gün farklı tarz olsa da dans şov olmamalı, bence araya daha değişik aktivite konulabilir mesela sirk vardı ama sırası iyi düzenlenebilir. Sabah havuz ve deniz şezlonglarına herkes havlusunu bırakıp kahvaltıya öyle geliyor dolayısı ile boş şezlong bulmak zor geç kalırsanız. Bu bir iki konuyu abartılı düşünmeyin, genel olarak süper bir otel, lüks sayılabilecek bir ortam ve süper ilgili personel. Belek’te farklı yerlerde bu dördüncü yaz tatilim. Bir daha gelirliyim bu otele. Kesinlikle evet. Tam bir çocuklu aile oteli, çocuklu aile olarak biz çok memnun kaldık

La chambre était bien conforme à la photo. Seule la robinetterie était à revoir. Nous avons vécu l'enfer avec les ascenseurs aussi bien pour l'accès à la chambre et l'accès au restaurant. La clientèle était essentiellement russe et des pays de l'est, jamais aucun sourire, aucun bonjour, aucun merci ..... La plage n'était vraiment pas agréable, le sable était sale, l'aire pour les enfants ressemblait à Beyrouth. Malgré la gentillesse du personnel, le restaurant était une grande cantine pleine de cochons irrespectueux de la nourriture et des gens. Peut-être une seule semaine aurait été supportable, mais pas deux !!!

Nous avons séjourné à l’hôtel Atlantis du 21 août 2021 au 4 septembre 2021, avec un bébé de 8 mois. Concernant bébé, l’hôtel met à disposition un lit parapluie propre et de bonne qualité avec draps et petit oreiller. Au restaurant principal vous trouverez petits pots salés et sucrés (une variété de chaque uniquement qui ne change jamais), des petits Gervais et des petits biscuits. A votre arrivée, vous trouverez également deux petites couches de bain. En cas de besoin, la petite boutique de l’hôtel propose couches, lingettes, cotons tige et bouées pour bébé. Je crois également que pour les bébés plus grand, un pot bébé pourra vous être prêté pour votre séjour. Nous concernant, notre avis est très mitigé sur l’hôtel. L’infrastructure est intéressante mais la clientèle principalement russe est un vrai fléau. Ils ne respectent rien ni personne, même les bébés. Si vous êtes sur leur trajectoire, poussez-vous ou ils n’auront aucun scrupule à vous bousculer. Ils feront mine de ne pas vous voir dans les queues du restaurant et vous passeront devant. Ils ne sourient JAMAIS, sont sales et très impolis, même avec le personnel de l’hôtel qu’ils traitent comme des domestiques. Ce sont des personnes très désagréables, et cela a apporté un caractère très morose à notre séjour. Clairement, la prochaine fois que je verrai qu’un hôtel accueille principalement de la clientèle russe, je fuirai ! Abstraction faite de cette clientèle, l’hôtel est toujours très propre, l’entretien

Tolles Hotel. Waren mit der Familie sehr zufrieden. Vor allem Julia vom Animationsteam ein Herz. Sehr authentisch und einfach nur toll. Gerade auch mit den Kindern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Service Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend und immer freundlich. Gerne wieder. Die Anlage ist TOP!

Pandemi döneminde, kış sömestr tatilinde ailecek keyifli bir tatil yapabildik, hatta biraz soğuk olmasına rağmen denize bile girdik. Deluxe odalar aile için gayet uygun. Yemekler ve diğer servisler gayet güzel. Her yer pırıl pırıl. Teşekkür ederiz.

The staff were very friendly, the food was great with plenty of variety and the pool was open and not overcrowded. All you could possibly need, except perhaps ice cream, at a great price.

Konsepti her şey dahil olan bir otel. Kasım ayında olmamıza rağmen yemek çeşitleri gayet yerindeydi. Kokteylleri ve beyaz şarabı dışındaki alkollerini biz pek begenmedik. Birası su gibiydi hatta. Çalışanları yardımsever, ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Denize sıfır, kasım ayında denize girmek şahane bir duyguydu. Hijyen iyiydi. Maske kuralını hem çalışanlar olsun, hem misafirler olsun, uygulayıp uygulatıyorlardı. Akşamları minik bir eğlence düzenliyorlardı. Fena değildi.

Güzel bir tatil

Beleğe tek kişi olarak dinlenmek için gittim.Otel ağırlıklı çpçuklu aileden oluştuğu için biraz gürültülüydü.Pandemi dolayısıyla Kasım ayınolmasına rağmen sabah ve akşam öğünleri biraz yoğun oluyor ve beklemek zorunda kalıyorsunu. Otel içi gayet güzel ve temiz bir işletme.Deniz ve sahil güzeldi. Güzel bir tatildi
