I stayed here with my 10 year old daughter and it was an incredible property. My daughter enjoyed the many kid friendly activities and the pool was just amazing. I enjoyed the food and convenience of having all the amenities in one place. Great family friendly hotel.

I liked this place. My two main criticisms would be: 1. The room was quite noisy until about midnight as I think it was above a bar that was used for after show dj entertainment. That wasn't great for a sleeping small child. 2. Despite turkish cuisine being rich and flavoursome, like a lot of AI hotels, the buffet food merged into one flavour. So much so, I ate out locally. In addition, it's unusual to stay at an AI hotel for over a week and not be offered the chance for some kind of a la carte dining.

We had a fantastic stay at Granada luxury belek. Everything was top notch quality: from the food to the activities. There was never a time where you didn’t have anything to do. The food was varied and very tasty. There was all kinds of meats, vegetables, salads and traditional turkish food. There were so many bars that we didn’t even have to time to try them all!!! The staff was attentive and ready to help, the waiters would always make sure you had everything you needed and the entertainers were very nice to everyone. And don’t get me started on the many pools that were cleaned every evening, they were simply incredible. We absolutely loved the maldives area which was 18+, it was so beautiful and quiet, exactly what you would need to relax!!! What can i say, my family and I had the mos amazing time at this hotel and would absolutely love to come back!!!

There was 0 customer service. All those people that work there are seasonal people brought from the Area around it, they teach them no English so customer service is not there. Can’t complain about the what the resort offers. Everything was really good but for me customer service is #1

It was amazing holiday in this hotel, the food was great, the water parks and the pools were super clean, the night shows were super amazing, you will never get bored and my children enjoyed there time to the maximum. Otherwise, for a five star hotel the cleanliness must be improved specially the rooms and the pool bars, the room was full of dust and not totally clean and each time I order juice from the pool bar the glasses were dirty , at the main restuarant the plates, the forks and the nives werent clean most of the time. I stayed at Grenada Hotel about a week ago, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is perfect for families who prefer to stay indoors—everything you need is right there! It's located in a very quiet area, far from the busy bazaar and street markets, which was a nice change of pace. The food was excellent, and the facilities were top-notch. However, the one drawback was the sheer size of the place. Getting from one side of the hotel to the other can be quite a challenge, especially if you’re traveling with a baby or someone with mobility issues. It’s surprising they don’t offer any internal transport, even though it seems like something they could easily do. The hotel need to look into this and provide a solution for sure. Other than that, it was a great stay, and I’d recommend it, especially for those looking for a peaceful getaway.

The good: The property is huge and beautiful and kept very clean. The pools lovely and clean. Even though the property is very large, the mere size and the number of pools mean it is never overcrowded. The private beach is lovely and the facilities good there. The food selection is good though more on it in the negatives. The number of bars, means you can always find a nice place to sit and have drinks in the evening. The evening entertainment is fairly decent. The water park is not a thrill seekers paradise but it is quite good, with the highlight being the kids slides which will keep the kids busy. The spa is wonderful. The negatives: The staff are not really up to the mark. The service though prompt mostly, the behaviour is rude. There are a few who are nice but quite a few that are not. The food is average at best even though the variety is huge, it is mostly tasteless and repetitive.

Our best hotel ever across the globe!!!

The Granada Hotel is THE MUST-GO HOTEL EVER in Antalya!!! We visited Palaces and 5 star hotels across the global, and no one equals the experience we had at this hotel. Generally, it is commonly thought that all-inclusive hotels are somehow nice but not the most classy, high quality food as if you are staying at a Four Seasons hotels or an equivalent one. Granada Luxury Hotel proofs them wrong. All day and night food and drink are EXCEPTIONAL. Kids activities are EVERYWHERE and are AWESOME (great thanks to everyone at the Kids' club!) All people working in the hotel are AMAZING. In-Hotel evening shows are AMAZING. Roller-costers are so fun. AQUAPARK slides are hilarous! Taxis with the hotel are so safe. ..... and the pianist playing piano and signing is the cherry on the top! If you book at this hotel, you are a 100000%, guaranteed to have the best time of your life. Absolutely huge resort with loads of things to do throughout the day. An array of food choices served all day in different parts of the hotel. Lounge areas very lovely with lots options for drinks and a cute patisserie. Food park was situated in wonderland, where lots of more food options were offered everyday. Swimming pools are beautiful, lots of kids pools with slides and daily activites for everyone. We stayed in a standard land view room. Felt it was quite small compared to the rooms we have stayed in as a family in other hotels. Daily housekeeping staff that did our room was incredibly miserable and didnt do the job properly- didnt change the linen when it was dirty, emptied the bins but didnt put on liners on back properly, floor wasnt mopped properly and didnt do the bedding up nicely. Overall, i wouldnt say the service her was amazing just standard. Although the staff at the front of the hotel who valeted our car for us were always lovely. Apart from that the staff generally were quiet miserable or catered to individuals or families they felt they could benefit from.

Beautiful property. Great food. What gets annoying is that you still have to pay for so many small things and are being sold something at every corner. I expect to pay for Luxary add ons but felt annoyed when things that you expect to be included are constantly pushed down your throat at additional costs. Coming to an all inclusive resort, it would be nice to be able to relax without needing your wallet but this was not the environment here…rather felt like the opposite. U want to sit on the lazy river…make sure to buy floaties for your kids. You want to enjoy the free live entertainment, be sure to bring cash so u can play bingo between shows otherwise u will sit bored for 30 mins. Arcades/amusement parks r all additional. Guests are constantly pushy n come with a me first attitude and unless you are willing to play that game, you constantly will be waiting at the back of lines. Been to many resorts but never have I seen such entitlement at resorts…not just once or twice but at every meal n every experience. Chairs on the resort r impossible to get because everyone is of the mindset that they will take 4 chairs by the pool for their towels to soak in the sun under. I get it’s nice to be by the pool but it starts to feel ridiculous that for every 10 seats, 2 will be in use but the other 8 will be reserved by a towel for someone who may or may not use it later. Food at the buffet and food street was great. Staff r hit n miss. Some r great…n some can be very rude!
