We enjoyed staying at the hotel because it was perfect for families with children. The entertainment staff were great with children and extremely friendly and approachable, The front desk staff were helpful too and issues were resolved immediately. It’s walking distance to the shops and safe to walk.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean but some rooms need updating. Good facilities and good food. The only disappointing thing was a travel agent named oncutravel deceived us for a yatcht tour claiming they were from loveholidays but this had nothing to do with the hotel directly but I wish they had warned us and not passed our details to the company. We didn't receive what we paid for. Special thanks to Jlkin and Bakhtiyar for their excellent customer service and help.

The hotel was exactly as described, offering great facilities and options for guests. There are both pools and a beautiful beach to enjoy, perfect for the fantastic weather. The restaurant serves a good variety of well-prepared dishes, catering to different tastes. Although the gym is small, it is well-equipped with modern machines. The alcohol served consists mainly of local brands. The guided activities were excellent, with Furkan Ozely standing out for his exceptional service.

Great stay, highly recommend

Great stay in a spacious room. Very clean and changed daily. Very quiet at night despite it being busy. Block 4 is much quieter as its further away from pool and entertainment. Some of the corridors and lifts are dated and need attention. But room was great, food was good, staff were friendly and helpful. Spa was excellent and good value with high quality treatments but again was a little dated in areas. Highly recommended.

It was nice resort, we had great time but outside the resort there was nothing on walking distance. We took cab to go to land of legends shopping mall that was 30 mins from the resort and there was some other malls and centre on our way to land of legends. Overall resort was fabulous but they should get better game room for kids. Game room was very old and game machines were not cery exciting. Also, I was badly craving for chicken as there were very limited chicken options. They had good variety of food and taste was also very nice but they should have something from indian/ pak cuisine or at least fried chicken nuggets sort of stuff.

Ok vacation

The hotel provided a various options of food which was good. And the room was spacious. But there are many things we were not satisfied about this hotel. The staff was quite rude. Not all of them, but the majority didn’t even say good morning to you. At the restaurant and common areas. The staff at the outside bar were quite polite. The room was no cleaned properly, everyday we used to put our luggage’s on the table so there were not on the way but even tho, was a lot of dust everywhere, behind the contains and so on they just cleaned superficially. Even tho there are plenty of food, I found it unfair that you can just book one of the ala carts restaurants during your stay, if you want to book another one. Then you have to pay. How this is a 5 star hotel? But we had a good time anyway, but for the price I definitely believe there are better hotels on that area.

Good points - friendly and hardworking staff Food was excellent, a lot of choice and flavourful Room was spacious and clean Good value for money Bad points- the constant and so so loud music from next doors hotel sadly spoiled our holiday. We couldn’t even think it was horrendous Pool was a bit overcrowded and we couldn’t get any sun loungers, it’s a bit of a small pool for such a large hotel Entertainment in the evenings could have been better.

Recently returned from a fabulous stay at Aydinbey Famous resort. Extremely pleased with the staff and the stay. Location is perfect with easy access to the beach. Resort pools are nice and pool benches were adequate even during busy times. We checked in at 11pm and could see so many children just running around freely in the night and that was enough proof for a family friendly resort for us. There is a late night buffet which is decent enough for a buffet at 11pm. Breakfast buffet for good. We had dietary restrictions and initially struggled to communicate with dinning room staff. We then met Mr Ferit, guest relations. He is a genuinely nice person and takes pride in serving guests. He introduced us to head chef Mr Musa and ensured our requirements are understood. From there on, Mr Musa would personally greet us every time we walked into lunch room and show us around the meal options, ingredients etc. Mr Musa would curate meals for us and directed his staff to ensure our dietary requirements are met. He even prepared special dishes and desserts for every meal, without asking. This aspect swept us away. Hats off to Mr Musa and team. Other than that, more than decent entertainment, Mogolian dance show and Effection dance was nice. They had kids disco everyday, music was repeatable but fun, which from what I could see, kids enjoyed a lot. Bingo and Live music days were fun too. Room size was standard, comfortable and clean. Pool and slide was fun. Bar service was okay.

The food is very goods but needs more variety. The animation is very poor and only one show by week is good. A lot of think are not free even if we are in All inclusive (orange juce, pop corn, Candy, bingo...). It could be a great hotel if the animation is better.

I booked for 5days and globally seen we were happy nevertheless 1 day there were a lot of electricity problems because of the very high temperatures and 1 day we had no lights,no airco etc... which is to be improved by the hotel to have a no power backup system or generator,finally the other days were very good and friendly team and good food
