Apartment-style hotel

The location is incredibly convenient, and it was very easy to find. We had to call ahead to organize parking, but it was easy, free and in the building. The room looked like a converted apartment so it had a kitchenette which was convenient. It was better than I expected for the price.

Still good after repeated visit

Probably my fourth time staying here. The place is nice, clean and well maintained. Its a family style hotel with microwave/fridge washing machine and cooking stove. Great for warming up cold soups during winter. The hotel also has more movie channels now. Only problem is the bed is a bit hard and usually cause my back to ache in the morning.

It's ok for the price.

Its ok for the money. It is a little dated hotel, but clean. There is no concierge from 10pm to 9am, guests have a code to enter the front door. The housekeeping is good, my towels got changed everyday, cofee, tea and water were replenished, also daily. I stayed in a 2 beds room; and the beds were not the most comfortable and it was hard to control the hot water. I liked that the fridge was a full size, had a stove, microwave and a washing machine. It is located between 2 train stations, there is a convenient store right next to the front door and restaurants around the area.

The location is very good in gangnam and the metro 9 is close, so I spent 3 days. There is a kitchen where you can cook your own meals and the facilities are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and try to help customers who have anything to ask. There is a convenience store on the first floor, so it is good to buy some food and drinks.

위치, 취사 굿 & 주차 불편, 고객 대응 직원 부족

위치와 취사가 가능한 부분에서는 좋음. 프런트 직원은 친절하나 한 명이 근무함에 체크인, 아웃 시 대기가 생기고 주차를 내부 지하주차장에 아닌 외부 옆 호텔에 주차하고 걸어와야하는 불편함과 차량 등록을 했음에도 타 호텔의 주차장이어서 그런지 인식 불가 뒷 차들에게 민폐시키며 프런트로 들어가 주차 문제를 해결해야함 주차 관리실이 있으나 차들이 가장 많이 음직이는 체크아웃 시간에 관리실은 비어 있음. 바로 도로에 호텔이 있어 저층은 상당한 교통소음을 다 들어야 함
