구로에서 가성비 갑 베스트 호텔

출장, 2박일정, 당시 로비가 공사중이어서 시끄러워서 제일 높은 층을 배정해달라고 말씀 드렸고 14층 제일 높은 층으로 배정해주셔서 조용하고 너무 좋았습니다.

편안하긴하나 방음 잘 안됨

Farewell.

Stayed for three nights, and there were a dozen of people on the same floor. They were drunk, on fight, laughed until 3 a.m., and it was literally a nightmare. I can't blame everything on managers but they had to do something. Hotel itself was comfy, clean n neat. Across the street, I saw a couple of people drunk, throwing up on the street. I hope I am the only one suffered.

Mot sure if it was like that for other rooms, but there were no electrical plugs near the bed, and only one bedside table. There wasn’t a microwave in the room either, or any available to use for guests in the whole hotel; after spme research, I found out that is actually a norm in a lot of hotels in Seoul that are not extended stay. It would have been nice to know ahead of time, though :-(

Great Front Desk Staff; Room Needs Improvement

The front desk staff was always courteous, polite and friendly. The lobby of the hotel is beautiful. Unfortunately, the room I had was lacking some basic upkeep. There were stains on the carpeting and some of the furniture, and the bathroom had unsightly stained and missing caulk around the bathtub and sink area. The room could also use better soundproofing as the traffic outside was quite audible as well as sounds in the next room and hallway.

Worst experience ever

Arrived an hour earlier than 3pm check-in. Asked me to pay 20 dollars per hour for an early check-in. Continuous vaccum noise outside. Charged for diposal razor...what a nightmare. Won't ever stay there again.
