The location was conveniently located and close to KMetro subway lines. It was really nice that my room had a small fridge and a small washer. Excellent value.

The property is great value for the price. The area is quiet. The rooms are big enough for one person and clean. The check-in process was contactless and seamless. The owner is easily reached via the messaging platform. The only downside is that the bed is quite stiff and maybe pose a problem for some.

Very nice place! Will stay here again when I go back to Korea! Very close to subway stations and Gwangjang market is literally just around the corner! Only downside is they don’t have an elevator, but other than that it’s a 5 star for me!

ห้องพักขนาดok สำหรับพักคนเดียว ที่ตั้งหาไม่ยาก ได้ห้องพักชั้น 5 เดินขึ้นบันไดวันแรกจะเหนื่อยหน่อย หลังๆเริ่มชิน แต่ถ้ามีกระเป๋าใบใหญ่ ลำบากแน่ๆ ในห้องมีตู้เย็น เครื่องซัก เตาไฟฟ้า พื้นระบบอุ่น โดยรวม ราคาok ถ้ามาคนเดียวก็คงมาพักอีก แต่ที่นี่พักเสร็จcheck out ต้องช่วนกันแยก / ทิ้งขยะด้วยนะ

ゲストハウス好きには最高です

ゲストハウスとして最高です。キッチン洗濯機アイスクリームも入れられる冷蔵庫部屋も広め。シャワーとトイレが同スペースに有るのでそこら辺りが評価を分けるとは思いますが　僕は最高に気に入っております　当然ですが歯磨きセットは持参のこと　タオルは十分に用意されています

ちゃんと理解して上手に泊まると◎です

オーナーさんはとても親切でした。システム的にはいわゆる香港でのゲストハウスと同様な感じです。そう言うシステムをちゃんと納得できるかどうかが、ここでの滞在を快適と感じるかどうかの分かれ目になるでしょう。部屋は広く流し台とか有って良かったです。通常のホテルのイメージを求めると違うのかもしれません。

清渓川通りに面し、梨峴橋北北東すぐの老旧化したビルの2階以上部分に客室、橋から見えるところにあります。古宮巡りにはいい所です。1階入口はわかりにくく、夜間のチェックインでは要注意です。オーナーとの連絡は電話のみのようで、メールアドレスも明記して欲しい。北側５階の部屋は昼間でもとても静かでした。同4階以下は窓からは何も見えないでしょう。フロント、エレベーター、そして宿泊期間中の清掃も無いのでそれらを前提に検討して下さい。一人泊のため部屋の広さは十分でしたが、狭すぎるバスタブ無しのシャワーでの6連泊は、やっぱり疲れも溜まってきました。カビも厭なものです。コスパ優先の方どうぞ。

地下鉄の駅も近いし、何よりも広蔵市場の中にあると言って良いくらいの立地で、非常に便利でした。 チェックイン方法の連絡も事前に貰えてスムーズにチェックインする事が出来ました。 シャワー•トイレに関しては許容できるかどうか、人によって大きく評価が分かれると思います。 ゲストハウスは初めてでしたが、気を使わずに快適に過ごすことが出来ました。

約1週間ほどシングルルームに滞在していました。 良かった点は専用シャワーやトイレがある内容にしては安かったことと地下鉄など交通の利便性かな。 残念な部分はこのゲストハウスの環境とシングルルームに対する正確な情報が乏しかったところ。（安いとはいえ正しい情報の元、決めたいので。。） １，このゲストハウスビルは5階建てでエレベーターがなく、重いスーツケース持ちの場合、非常にきつく厳しい。 ２，シングルルームの掲載写真がなく、一瞬スタンダードルーム部屋のイメージになりやすいが、シングルルームは専用台所や洗濯機がなく、広さも半分以下なので非常に狭い(1泊当り900円程の差なら絶対にスタンダードルームがお勧め) ３，ゲストハウスなのでこの辺は仕方ないが客室情報のように「毎日のハウスキーピング」は当然なく、ゴミやタオルも自分で処理し、2階の袋からタオルを持って来なければならない。 安い宿泊料なので批判という意味ではないが正しい情報の元、宿泊先を決めたい意味で感想を書きましたが、普通に寝るだけと交通利便性、男性の宿泊者なら悪くはないと思います。初日の社長さんも親切でした。以降不在ですが。

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก อยู่euljiro ทางออก4 เดินตรงมา ข้ามถนน เลี้ยวขวา ตึกจะอยู่ทางซ้ายมือ เป็นประตูเล็ก 189-1 สามารถเดินไป ทงแดมุนพาร์คได้ เดินไปตลาดกวางจวา คือเดินต่อจากที่พักได้เลย ห้องมีขนาดเล็กมาก มีตู้เย็น น้ำ1ขวดต่อการเช็คอิน ไม่มีลิฟท์ สตาฟใส่ใจดี โดยรวมดี

便利な場所にあるホテルで快適❣

ホテルの周りには、市場もあって歩いていかれる。 地下鉄も1号線　2号線　5号線が徒歩圏内にあるから、すごく便利！社長さんが一人でやってるようだから、ホテル到着前に到着時間とかを伝たほうがいいと思う。（そうでないと、社長さんはいない場合があるそう） 部屋の中も清潔で、トイレットペーパーとか何か欲しいときは、ホワイトボードの自分の部屋に印を付けておくと、ちゃんと補充してくれる。 また泊まりたいと思った。 聞けば、周りの食堂とか親切に教えてくれる（基本、韓国語になるけど）

Very convenient and clean

The room is small but its clean and the location is very convenient. Near subway station and gwajang market. The owner is very accommodating and very responsive to my concerns/inquiries and above all very kind for allowing me to check out late. So i was able to rest before i go to the airport for my midnight flight.

とにかく便利で安いのに広くて快適

この日はソウルじゅうのホテルがなくなっていて、ここもたまたま一部屋だけ直前に空きが出た感じで急いで手配しました。なので、そんなにグレードを気にせず取りましたが、とにかく場所が便利で目の前は大好きな清渓川だし裏がすぐ広蔵市場だし地下鉄駅は明洞も東大門もすぐの真ん中ウルチロ4街。途中荷物を置きにだけ少し部屋に帰ったり軽くポジャンしたご飯を食べたり、本当に楽に過ごせました！
