"2 thumbs up for this hotel!! grand josun will be a reason to go back to jeju. the hotel has the most polite and friendly staff of all south korea! the facility itself was perfect so nothing to complain about there. we had the big suite room in the new building on the top floor. i traveled with family size of 6 so this room fit us perfectly. the view was breath taking and the big jacuzzi with the perfect warm temperature was amazing to sit in during the cold weather especially with the snow...

"Bayhill Villas are the nicest hotel property we’ve ever stayed at. Everything was exceptional - the staff, accommodation, attention to detail. The Honeymoon Villa comes equipped with a private pool and Karaoke room in the villa which was so much fun. The Esthederm spa on-site provided one of the best massages that we’ve had. We will be staying here again the next time we visit Jeju!"

"The hotel was lovely, when we arrived we had a twin room that smelt a bit musty and the aircon had an awful smell. We went down to reception and they immediately upgraded us and swapped our room where we had an ocean view and the room was a lot better! We had a rooftop “jacuzzi” at sunset and it was lovely! Just a note from us foreigners though, jacuzzi does not mean bubbles, no bubbles. "
