시설이 다소 낡았지만 가성비가 좋기에 대체적으로 만족합니다. 청소 상태도 좋고 욕실에 샴푸와 보디 로숀 그리고 1회용 치솔 치약, 1회용 슬리퍼 까지 모두 갖추어 있습니다. 위치도 조용하고 주차장은 옥외 주차장이 다소 좁지만 지하에도 몇대 주차가 가능하기에 주차하는대 문제가 없었습니다. 전반적으로 혼자 여행하기에 괜찬은 호텔입니다. 잘쉬고 왔습니다.

객실에 방법창?

예약 사진에는 바다가 보이는 객실. 실제 투숙한 방은 1층 다른 용도의 실을 객실로 개조한 것으로 발코니는 목재로 외부 칩입을 막기 위한 방법창으로 객실 변경을 요청 했습니다. 호텔측에서 추가요금을 원해서 그냥 자습니다

제주 ICC랑 비교적 가까운 저가형 호텔입니다. 호텔내에 편의시설은 없습니다. 바닷가 근처라 에어컨을 계속 틀지 않으면 매우 습도가 높습니다.

내 인생 가장 최악 숙박시설

와이프와 20주년 기념으로 제주여행 중 내 실수로 같은 날 2개소의 호텔을 예약해 버렸다. 이 호텔에 전화해 취소요청하니 취소가 안된다는 답변. 어쩔수없이 방문했는데 주차시설 엉망, 기운이 음습하였지만 객실을 배정받아 엘리베이터에 타는 순간~~이게 무슨 냄새야? 와이프랑 둘이 쳐다보며 인상을 쓰면서 4층으로 올라가 방문을 열어보니 방안에서도 또 퀘퀘한 냄새~~ 머리가 지끈거려서 프론트로 내려간 와이프. 20번 가량 소리쳐 불렀는데 그제서야 중국인 여성이 와 대화가 안되던중 남자가 그제서야 나옴. 룸 컨디션이 최악이고 예약하고 즉시 취소요청했는데 취소가 안된다는 이유를 묻자 자기는 본사에서 취소가 안된다하여 취소할수 없다는 답변을 받았다함. 그래서 그러한 답변 내용을 보여달라고 요청하니 중국어로 대화한 카톡을 보여줌. 이게 뭐하는거냐며 따지자 업무방해로 경찰에 신고한다고 함. 참 이런 호텔 매니저는 난생처음이어서 황당했다. 더이상 대화도 안되고 그곳에서 우리의 아까운 시간을 낭비하고싶지않아 퇴실해버렸다. 이곳에서 숙박하시려는 분들은 이글을 꼭 보셨으면 하고 나같은 피해자가 더 나오지않길 바란다. 또한 호텔스닷컴에서는 좀더 신중하게 호텔을 선정해 올려주길바란다.

가성비가 좋고 제주 icc근처에 있어 걸어갈 수도 있는 거리입니다. 주차공간이 제한적이고..룸의상태는 괜찮은편이나 욕실 샤워부스의 청결도는 개선이 필요해 보입니다. 물때와 비누얼룩을 오래동안 닦지 않은 것처럼 보였습니다.
