We have stayed at Kayana Villas in Seminyak 3 times. We enjoy having our own private space with a plunge pool. Our villa was spacious and the pool was pretty much in sun most of the day which we loved. While the villas have not changed much over the many years we have been going there, we were excited to see that they have started the process of renovating the complex. We were able to see a completed villa and thought the updated villa was amazing. We were told hopefully all the villas will be renovated by the end of 2025. We look forward to hopefully returning next year to see them completed. The staff are lovely and friendly. Restaurants in close proximity to Kayana are Merah Putih, Amici, Biku and Buzo which are worth a visit. I would recommend booking to ensure you get a table.

Kayana is older but has a ton of charm! The staff are so friendly and helpful! The beds are very comfortable. I suggest getting the one-bedroom villa. The food was OKAY, but the hotel is in an excellent location with tons of places to eat in the area. The spa was FANTASTIC!! Would definitely recommend and return.

Check all the switches are functional when you check in! It was early evening on our last night and we found that the pool lights and jet were not working. Staff arrived and found a broken fuse but there were apparently no spares and they left with no attempt made to replace it, even after we suggested pilfering from another open room. We booked the villa specifically for the private pool, so this was disappointing to an otherwise enjoyable stay

The Kayana has seen better days. The grounds and villas are ok but in need of an upgrade in our Pool Villa there was chipping paint, cracks and stains on the floor etc. It is not a 5 star resort. The staff are friendly enough but do not compare to other resorts across Bali- on arrival the lobby staff did not assist me with my luggage and left it to my Grab Driver to carry my 20kg bag for me out of the car and up the stairs… on one occasion it suddenly poured between walking from the villa to the lobby. Upon arrival at the lobby we requested an umbrella the staff member told us it was available back in our villa (impossible to get to not under cover) gave another family another hotel’s umbrella, found a broken umbrella, didn’t give it to us and stopped looking without communicating this to us. We ended up just waiting 10 mins and running to our restaurant in the rain

스미냑 내에 가격이 저렴한데 비해 정말 좋은 풀빌라였어요. 전날 밤에도착해서 바로앞 토니스빌라에서 잠깐 잠만자고 나왔는데 모든면에서 훨씬좋고 이가격에 가성비 측면으로는 발리에서 묵었던 숙소 중 가장 좋았습니다.

Ett riktigt, riktigt bra hotell med all service man kan önska sig. Villan var vacker och helt skyddad från insyn, även i trädgården. Jättefin frukost serverades enligt egen beställning, och även i villan om man hellre ville äta där än i restaurangen. Personalen var alltid vänlig och oerhört tillmötesgående. Snyggt och fräscht hotell med väldigt bra läge nära restauranger och butiker.

Nice villa in a great location.

This villa is aged but well maintained. The location is great, walkable distance to the restaurants, shops and beach to watch the sunset. Staffs here are very friendly and effective. The only thing could be improved is that there are only 2 electronic outlets in the room which are not enough nowadays since everyone needs to charge their cellphone battery all the time..... Also,the room is nice and beautiful but a bit too dark at night, there is no enough lighting for reading or writing... The breakfast here is very good. The floating breakfast is fun, but we found some ants hiding inside the tray, by the time we were ready to eat the breakfast, the ants were already there enjoying our breakfast...
