Nice hotel near centre of city, near simpang lima, shopping center, etc. But it must be improved with safe and weather proof parking

Good price , good location

Our stay here was quite good, however the price came without any breakfast. The room was not so clean. The towels were old and shredded, although I was told the hotel is new. Other than that the location is close to Simpang Lima, taxi was easy to get. However there were no shops in front of the hotel so you need to walk out or take a taxi out.

Normal nothing impressive

Even the installation are new, the building look old, the breakfast was so poor and the room isues (pillom, toilet and bed clothes was old). One of the elevators was out of services.

Nice Stay, but poor Parking Area

I stay here for 2 nights from Saturday until Monday morning. Actually this hotel is nice for staying if you do not bring your own car. If you bring a car, beware with the parking area, since it only has a few place for parking!

Value for money

I took my sisters and Cousin (all seniors) and my daughter for a 5 night stay and everybody were happy with the hotel (staff were good and friendly, they called for taxis when we requested). Breakfast was good.

The cheap star hotel

For the 3 star hotel, it is quite cheap and satisfying. The cleaness is beyond expectation. The location is only couple kms from the city central, simpang lima. Even though there is no cupboard, desk, safety box, as you can guess, but everything else is ok. The only drawbacks is mere the slope of the land. It is a steep slope up off the hill from hotel when we left and got the road.
