Walk out the front door, across a grass lawn and onto a sandy beach
Walk out the front door, across a grass lawn and onto a sandy beach. Watch the bald eagles and sea otters play. Feel the warm sun on your face and the cool sea breeze through your hair. Listen to the waves on the beach. Feel the sand between your toes. Remember what fresh air smells like. Reunite with nature and sooth your soul. Relax on the deck with your favorite person in one hand and your favorite drink in the other and enjoy the sunset and the sounds of nature.
This is a remote property where the lots are 5+ acres. Your closest neighbors will be harbor seals and bald eagles. After that it's the other two guests with whom you are sharing 8 acres and a 1/4 mile of private beach.
The property is right off highway 112, yet you will have the experience of being immersed in nature.
The Sea Eagle is a tiny home with a loft. The bottom level is about 600 s.f, and the loft is about 300 s.f. On the bottom level it's hardwood floors, leather furniture, very good quality cookware, knives, silverware and cooking utensils. The sheets are a very soft 800 thread count Egyptian cotton. The towels are large, plush and soft. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash are spa quality. Toilet paper is Charmin. The loft has soft carpet, a queen bed, a 52" smart TV and great views of the beach and ocean. The ceiling height is about 4.5 ft- typical for a tiny home. Outside there is a fire table on the porch overlooking the ocean, and there is a charcoal BBQ. You may also make a fire on the beach except when there is a fire ban.
bus is available from port angeles. If you try this, contact us prior for specific instruction on how to get the bus to stop in front of our property.
There is direct access to the property from the highway.
UNLESS YOU BOOK THROUGH AIRBNB, once you have booked, your booking confirmation will include your TRUVI booking validation link. The validation process includes ID verification. Guests who book through Airbnb have this built into your 15% Airbnb fee, thus no additional insurance or ID verification is required. We also use TRUVI for short-term rental insurance. They will collect either a fully refundable deposit (plus a non-refundable admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver. Both the deposit and the waiver cover you for any accidental damage caused during your stay. Please complete your validation prior to check-in. A well supplies the water. Like most coastal wells the water has a tint varying between a green tea and a weak black tea. It is chlorinated and goes through a triple filter and is even safe to drink. Nevertheless we provide drinking water via a water cooler with Olympic Springs water.

We have used several VRBO locations, and this is one of the best! Perfect location for everything we wanted to do & see. The property was amazing, we appreciated the privacy, and the beach was perfect! We love this place!

Best place ever!
My wife and I had such a good time at Eagle's Nest. Cabin was super comfy and super clean, fully equipped with everything you need for an amazing stay. Host is super friendly, and manage to find a cabin for us even though we called him at last minute, and 30 minutes later everything was set for us. Location is incredible, amazing beach right 2 steps from the cabin. The cherry of the cake was that my wife and I got to see a super rare event of Northern Lights dancing all over the sky all night long. Super recommended and I can wait to go back and spend more time at the cabin,

Our new go to
My wife and I stayed with the adult children when we chartered a boat to go fishing. This is way more enjoyable than staying in a hotel. Our mattress was comfortable (they usually aren't anywhere else) and made our stay more enjoyable. Everything we could have needed was provided and then some. We were able to BBQ both evenings as the grill, charcoal and utensils were provided. Being able to do this saved us some money bu not having to eat out. The morning we left we had fresh eggs for breakfast that were provided by the host and their flock of chickens. The toilet paper is top shelf! The caretaker, Kevin, was helpful and even offered to take us fishing! We couldn't have asked for better! We already are planning our trip for next year.
We stayed here previously last year and enjoyed our stay so much that we returned again this year. Its location makes getting to beaches that we love easy. We have two younger kids who adore being able to walk out the front door and have a personal beach to explore. The fire table on the patio is very appreciated at night to sit around for dinner and enjoy the beautiful view. You can watch seals poking their heads up out of the water while you eat. The house itself is on the smaller side, but has everything a small family needs. The owners are extremely kind and delivered fresh eggs from their chickens. We will be returning again. Would highly recommend. My only recommendation for stayers would be to pay attention to the email they send you shortly before your stay, because they have tips on where to get groceries prior to arriving due to only small convenience stores in close proximity to the house.

The view is amazing and the fire table on the deck really made for wonderful evenings. The tiny house is nicely equipped, and Harrison was available during our stay, if needed.

Great Vibe
This is our 2nd stay and we already booked the same weekend for next year. Clean, comfortable has all the necessities and a killer view. Outstanding hosts and located with a short drive to Sekiu or Neah Bay. This is our go to each year!
Perfect location for an Olympic Peninsula holiday weekend
My family of four, three adults and one teen, had an amazing time. The home is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. I loved the ocean view with Vancouver Island in the background and the sound of the waves. Harrison, the host was very kind, gave good tips for local hikes and things to do. He also gave us very fresh eggs straight from a chicken coop on the property.
Highly recommended.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house has a beautiful view of the beach and is a very short walk out the front door to get there. The strip of beach to explore is extensive and there is the option to have a fire on the beach itself. The fire top table adds a nice touch to sit around for dinner. The hosts are very gracious and are nearby if you need anything. They even brought fresh eggs from their chickens that our children loved! The loft was perfect for our kids. We would highly recommend.
This tiny house sits just a few steps from the water and we thoroughly enjoyed listening to the waves crashing as we fell asleep and again when we woke up. The beach is excellent for a walk or to just sit and stare at the horizon. We saw several bald eagles from the windows at the house and of course when we were on the beach as well. The house is well appointed with plenty of room (we stayed with 3 adults, 1 teenager, and 1 well behaved dog). Harrison, our host was very pleasant, helpful and quick to accommodate our request for a refill of the bottled water.
1. I booked property in Jan24 for the first week in Apr24 for a planned fishing trip
2. I was called by the property host on 8 Feb that he was having difficulty with the 3rd Party App for payment. I told him I was charged the $112 booking fee and that the remainder showed as pending on my Visa. I remained on the line with him for 30 mins. I also informed him it still showed as booked online. He said he manually ensure I was booked and that he would get back to me afterwards if there were any issues.
3. I did not hear anything from him until I contacted him via messenger asking if I could add a day on the end. He responded that he had rented it to someone else and tried to contact me. As for facts, (a) VRBO still showed me booked (b) I had no record of him calling me except for the initial 8 Feb call (c) there was no message from him on the booking correspondence. (d) I am out $112 booking fee.
4. Attempted to call him 5 times...VM
5. Called VRBO and they were able to get ahold of him. They told me I was out because I hadn't paid the full amount (although I paid the booking fee and it shows still as booked for me.
5. I was forced to last minute find another place for twice as much.
6. The host later called and offered his house which is unacceptable...no contract, no parent relationship...fool me once!!!! The host has 3P APP issues for booking and payment plus difficulties with commitments to customers who he said were locked in...STAY AWAY!
Just a piece of heaven ❤️ Enjoyed our stay very much! Made some great memories and lots of adventures! House was beautiful and very clean. Harrison was fantastic to talk with too! Really enjoyed this special get a way! Definitely going back! Thanks again for letting us spend time at your beautiful beach!
