"Everyone there was so very nice, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable! The hotel is fabulous! Antique furnishings, gorgeous rooms… just beautiful! Beyond the gates, you step back in time!!"

"The furniture is outdated, the rooms have smoke smell, the shower is rusted on some of the rooms. The breakfast is pretty bad - not too much diversity, coffee is average. The hotel has a great location and good parking, if they would renovate it would be a very good hotel. The receptionist was ok, but he was not aware if there are any water boiling facilities in the room or not. "

"Breakfast had plenty of choice. Room was clean and comfortable. Lobby area was modern and welcoming. Sky bar restaurant food was good but small portions. Service started well but was slow after main course. Pool was cold, steam room not working, sauna was lovely. Gym well equipped. "
