"Rooms are generously furnished but on the smaller size. Can be quite dingy and noisy if close to the restaurant area. Sunbeds are dirty with kids drawings and stains which is a shame. The check in is slow and not very welcoming. "

"Absolutely fantastic - so good we came back to finish our holiday here and this will be our regular return spot. Facilities are always spotless and staff are always attentive and so professional. Whether breakfast, lunch or dinner, all is superb! Segara is brilliantly positioned - the mall is a 5min walk along the beachfront and the village just beyond that. It's like living on the beach - swimming and surfing. There are dozens of restaurants along the beach walk should you wish a different taste. We will be back later this year. "

The infinity pool is stunning, and one of my favorite parts of the stay was the food—especially the healthy options and their ginger shots, which I absolutely loved. The staff were exceptional throughout my stay. I had to request a room change on the first day, and they handled it immediately and smoothly, which I really appreciated. One small note—the hotel is listed as walking distance to some places on Expedia, but in reality, you’ll likely need transportation. That said, everything is still relatively close and easy to reach. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. If you’re looking for a safe, comfortable, and wellness-focused place in Ubud, I would highly recommend The Westin. "
