Florida Visit

The three rooms were small (only 300 sq ft). That pool was nice. Furnishing was cluttered, but clean. Location perfect for us.

Honeymooners Delight

We enjoyed this property very much! Pat was a great hostess. We were in town to visit with family, and the ease of access was nice. Since our family loves dining out, it worked out well for us.

Absolutely wonderful!

Sunshine Haven was absolutely perfect for me. I had privacy, quiet and everything that I needed. I saw Pat infrequently however when I reached out Pat's response time was immediate. I highly recommend Sunshine Haven and I think it is perfect for one person.

Loved Sunshine Haven!

We loved our stay at Sunshine Haven! The pool was our favorite part!! Beautiful clean and warm!! The accommodations were very comfortable for two people and all the little extras like coffee and water were a special treat. The location was great close to the water and many restaurants! We felt very welcome also by our host.

A great place in Sebastian FL

I like staying in places that are quiet, clean and have some amenities. This 2 room and bath, separate from house rental is just about perfect. There is no kitchen but you have a good size dorm fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. I enjoyed the quiet and the salt water pool. The host is very accommodating.

Great VRBO rental in Sebastian for 2 people

Well-furnished, comfortable and clean apartment with owner next door and always available. Fabulous heated pool big enough to do laps. Parking for our boat/trailer and car. Launch boat for free into St. Sebastian River (safely view alligators aplenty!) at Dale Wimbrow park, or into Indian River (ICW) at Main St. ramp. Close to library, groceries, Sebastian Inlet State Park, Environmental Eco facility, Treasure Coast museum and much more. Highly recommended.

lovely stay

Pat was a gracious hostess. This was our first visit; I was a bit taken by surprise on arrival to find folks playing in the pool, but figured it out pretty quickly. She didn't know us, and had her daughter, granddaughter and son-in-law over to provide "air cover" just in case we turned out to be something other than promised. And we don't begrudge that one bit. The guest house was clean, well-kept, delightful, in a really nice neighborhood. We'll be back.

Very deceiving

Pictures make it look accommodating, but it is a tiny place. We could not get both of our suitcases in the bedroom. Air conditioning did not keep up, which is a window unit for all the rooms. It was clean and pool was nice, but we didn’t enjoy it as we left after one night for a week’s reservation.

Perfect for a couple. If your not a big breakfast person just coffee in the morning is fine. Very quiet and Pat was available if you needed anything. Very nice salt water pool

Tiny home and great pool

We had a lovely stay at the three room poolhouse of Pat. Lush decorations and great pool which Pat kept spotless for my morning and evening swim. Pat was the perfect house who let us use her beach gear. Beaches were 15 min drive and golf course very close and in the middle of nature. Will be back.
