This hotel by far is not a star rated hotel. Very old and squeaky floors. Stained sink and other places. But besides all that - it was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. I got a good night's sleep and a good shower. Well worth the stay if you're on a budget and you'd rather spend your money on star level places. Doesn't matter to me. Anywhere I can save money and still get star level cleanliness, nice clean mattress, and great customer service is for me!!

The staff was super lazy there were burns from cigarettes all along the bathtub the sink and toilet and there were burns all over the curtains. IT stunk really bad in the room the was so remote for the TV so I left and paid to stay somewhere else I took pics of everything. Also I there elevators expired in April 2026. There was n o door handle on the bathroom the bath filled up when you turned on the shower this place should not be on any of these websites.

The person working the front desk said our service animal wasn't allowed unless we showed him the papers when I told him that was against the law to ask for the papers he said he would call the police and have them get the papers. I asked to refund my money since we couldn't stay and he refused. Typical 1 star motel treatment by greedy property owners. Place from outside was disgusting nasty odor in lobby Don't stay there they break the law to make $51

They checked us in, gave us a room key and them asked for it back saying we were not allowed to check in tell 4pm... u think they would have told us that as we tried to check in at 2am after a long day evening of traveling. We offered to pay more for the night and they refused. Asked for a refund and they refused.

It was a cheap place to stay near the airport. When I got there, no one was at the front desk and I had to wait about 20 minutes to checkin because the front desk person also is the person that drives their shuttle to and from the airport. They make you do a $100 deposit which I found to be a bit ridiculous because of the condition of the room I was in. Most places usually only do a $50 deposit. The fridge in my room didn't work at all, the room was clean but pretty run down, there was putty like stuff and I think paint on the curtains and I had to get help with the tv because it wasn't working at first. You get what you pay for, so for the price it was ok.

Attention to details will pay off!!

I spoke to the owners about my thoughts, they were respectful and receptive which I appreciated. The rooms are clean, private, and large. They resemble a studio apartment. The beds are comfortable with a pillow top mattress. The problems they have are superficial and if I had to guess come from a financial beating they took because of covid like every other small business. There was no toilet paper roll holder, no floor mat for the outside of the shower. I was a single person staying one night and I was given one towel and it was the cheapest scratchiest towel in the catalog. The hotel could use paint in some areas, some concrete crack repairs, and just a general decorating spruce up or modernization. Just a little love and money put back in to it. The service was great and I would stay there again without hesitation.

Dirtiest, nastiest, hotel i have ever seen. I cant believe its even in business. Walked in, and walked right back out. Told desk i wanted a refund, they told me to contact expedia. Expedia told me to talk to the hotel. So no refund, no resolution from either party. Room smells, stains and cigarette burns in bedding, large dark blood-like stain on mattress, drug residue and burns on night stand, half the light bulbs in room were burned out. I thought this level of nasty hotels only existed in movies. Shame on you expedia for offering rooms to this trash, and shame on the property owner for running an establishment like this. Disgusting.
