Very Good

The room was clean. The heat takes a long time to warm up the room. Little noisey from upstairs because of wooden floors. I had trouble with the tv but got fixed by signing into the wifi. Parking is hard to find infront of the house. Good thing is it has a bus stop near by. Overall pretty good stay.
Great contact from the host, responded promptly & very accomodating. Lovely little place, very clean & welcoming. We stayed in Jabba's Palace. The room was nicely decorated, very bright and a happy feel. The bed was really comfy, loved the walk in wardrobe area to store your clothes & luggage etc. Had access to an iron & ironing board & a hairdryer in the bathroom. Toiletries provided smelled devine. Great place for access to downtown as bus stop right outside. Would book again if staying in Seattle.
I was so pleasantly surprised by this room! The bedding felt nice and luxurious, same with the towels! Everything felt sparkling clean aswell! Also the house just smelled clean! Truly wonderful
We stayed one night at this property before heading out the next day for a cruise. We were very happy with the property and would stay here again. It is close to the cruise terminal and within walking distance to grocery, bars and dining on Queen Anne’s. Our room (and the shared kitchen) was sparkling clean, the area was safe (and surrounded by lovely homes that made for an enjoyable walk to the restaurants on Queen Anne’s) and communication with the provider was excellent throughout the process.
Had a great stay for a week. Room & bathroom was clean. Walls are thin but the noise wasn’t that bad. Only thing was the wifi did not work and it was terrible when it worked. Overall would stay again which this is my third stay
I must say that when doing reviews it can be such a time consuming matter, but when I do one it is very well worth writing and letting others know that my stay was amazing and pleasant. I was so impressed with the way the rooms are and the comfortable beds. I experience was above and beyond my expectations then booking normal hotels in the past. I totally recommend this hotel.

Liked: Property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The owner's interests lie in profit-making, not hospitality.
Previous guest had a cat. Owner stated in writing cat dander is covered in the cleaning service.
When checking into the room, I began having trouble breathing. My vision was impaired due to itchy watery eyes and swollen eyelids.
When I spoke to the owner he stated that: "I understand but as stated on the listing, the unit is pet friendly. However, after every check-out, the cleaner replace all the linens and the unit is cleaned and sanitized very well."
He eventually offered me a different room but only after I got blunt with him. And he didn't apologize at all.
To date, he hasn't taken responsibility. Then he has the nerve to send this:
"Just one final thing. If you've loved your stay, it would be awesome if you could do 2 small things for me.
- Leave us a positive review.
- Add my listing to your favorites
It really helps spread the word and gets us the much-needed recognition."
Cat allergies differ from mild to severe, depending on the person. Some have breathing issues. One can easily look up pet allergy symptoms. In emergency medicine, airway and breathing is 1st priority.
If you have allergies, don't stay here. To the owner: no one is entitled to a good review. They are earned.
The stay wasnt a bad one!! The neighbors upstairs sounded like they were rearranging furniture all night😂but the parking wasnt a nightmare whkch was great!!
Room was clean and had basic necessities. Transport with walking distance. Within walking distance to a river and gas works park with a nice view for sunset.
Disappointing Stay at Jabba’s Palace – Not Worth the Risk
I recently stayed at Jabba’s Palace in Seattle, and while the price was affordable, the experience left much to be desired. Here’s a breakdown of the issues we encountered:
•Power Outage Without Notice: On our final night, the power went out in our room. We were not informed in advance, and the after-hours contact provided no fix that afternoon, evening, or night. When we returned later that evening, the entire building was dark. Thankfully, the door keypads operated on battery, allowing us to enter using our phone flashlights. To make matters worse, the refrigerator had been leaking due to the power loss.
• Upon check-in, we requested an additional towel, as the one provided was unusually small. We were told there were no extra towels available, which was puzzling given the earlier inquiry about our needs.
•Poor Maintenance: The stairwell walls were marked with numerous scuffs, likely from luggage, indicating a lack of upkeep.
•Noise Issues: The walls were incredibly thin; we could hear conversations from the neighboring room, disrupting our privacy and comfort.
•Spotty Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, causing issues with streaming services and audio lag on the in-room TV.
•Lack of Compensation: When we inquired about compensation for the power outage, we were informed that they couldn’t compensate for items outside of their control.
I would not recommend.
