A perch to enjoy Green Lake

Switched from hotel to bnb due to parking costs. Always loved GreenLake, so looked near there. This was a good location, the right size for a couple, and the full kitchen was a great plus.

We have stayed at a couple of the owner’s properties in Seattle and this was our favorite. Great quiet, walkable neighborhood with ample parking. Close to amenities within city. Beds are very comfortable - You could sleep for days.

Great stay, clean and well maintained, close to UW

Great stay! Beautiful place, clean and well maintained. 2 adults and 2 adult children, was tight but worked out well. Loved our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat! Was a quick drive to UW campus and loved the restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Beautiful neighborhood and felt safe!

Vince was such a fantastic host - even after I goofed up the check out date. Could not recommend him and the Birdhouse more. The place was beautiful, clean, and in an amazing location! The perfect place to stay for me and my family! Will absolutely book again.

Great location, close to the lake, surroundings were beautiful. Inside the house very good, I like the order and cleanliness. I just was a little worry of what exactly the noise restrictions levels were.

Highly recommend the host was accommodating with a last-minute reservation. Great instructions, easy to access, clean, cool aesthetic, perfect for a quick or long-term stay. Stay safe for one person, dog-friendly, and the host was easy to communicate with and even handled communication for my unique in-between Airbnb situations as a local really well. Would return and would definitely recommend to a friend.

Good location. My wife and I are old. Lots of stairs and bathroom on 2nd floor make it difficult for us. Air conditioner was loud - hence earplugs in the bathroom?😉. Owner was nice and Mighty O’s doughnuts are great. We played a round of Pitch and Putt which was fun.
