"The staff was really accommodating and friendly. I got a room 707 on the day of the check-in that was really meant for somebody who was handicapped so the shower wasn’t the walk-in shower as advertised so the shower was like an accident waiting to happen getting out of it. The location isn’t the best either and although there’s plenty of public transportation that you can utilize to get to the city center. Most people who stay there I believe are attending the arena that’s around the corner for events. The neighborhood is somewhat sketchy so you have to be mindful of your surroundings. There’s really not a lot of choices when it comes to the breakfast which isn’t included so unless you don’t mind the traditional Irish breakfast, I would say skip it."

"The hotel was beautiful and smelled amazing. It was perfectly situated and within walking distance to most things we wanted to do. We received two vouchers for drinks in lui of having housekeeping for two of our days. The room was very comfortable and was nice and cool. Great lighting for make up. "
