"Friendly, efficient staff. Clean room. Good breakfast. Convenient to city restaurants and design district. Good highway access. Rooftop bar is nice. Like that dogs are accepted. Would be nice to see the walkway behind the property to shops/restaurants fixed, creek drainage area cleaned up for those who want to walk - bigger issue than hotel property."

"The staff was amazing and friendly, but the property is sad and desperately in need of a complete make-over. They offer free drinks because the rooms are from 1980. Lamps were broken, bathroom was rusted, towels were old and worn, duvet was worn through but still on the bed. Great location and the staff is trying hard with what they have but modern this place is not!"
