"It’s a clean venue, but showing its age. Nice to see the outdoor amenities are all restored and in service (pool deck). However, the hotel didn’t discount its $40 “resort fee” despite not offering many of the advertised services (ie: bike rentals), and claimed that hotel wifi was one of the reasons for the added fee. Wifi as an extra. In 2026. The room wasn’t ready until an hour past the advertised check-in time, but at least they offered to store luggage while we waited, and were generous in a later check-out time when we departed. I’d stay here again, but will spend more time considering alternative accoms beforehand."

"Great central location, helpful staff, and a clean room. The walls are a little thin (or maybe it was the connecting door), so hope you don't get stuck beside a crying baby like I did. The pool and hot tub are nice on a sunny day. One suggestion I would make is for the staff to turn on the sauna prior to it being open at 10am. With an 11am check out, I was disappointed to not get a morning sauna sessions in before having to check out as it was still off when I got there shortly after 10am, and it takes a good half an hour to get to proper sauna heat."

"Hotel was average in the sense of the rooms and comfort. Pool was not heated on the Saturday and it was just ok overall. I would recommend if you are not too concerned about amenities and service."

"The pool and hot tub closes at 5 which was annoying. We didn’t get to use it because who wants to sit in a hot tub during the day? The halls also smelt heavily like vodka and must so that was a little offsetting. Jets in the bathtub didn’t work. Toilet flow wasn’t great. Fireplace was turned off for the season.. honestly it was a very overpriced room and I wasn’t too thrilled."
