"Great place for those who want quiet views plus catch-n-release fishing. Host is friendly and helpful. Nice view of lake with lots of birds. Surrounded by trees with lots of shade. Apartment is above a garage with great views and a table for sitting. A/C works well. Small kitchen has the basics including a stove, sink, refrigerator and of course a coffee maker."

"Mold, peeling walls, torn up floors, toilet would not flush, light switch when you first walk in didn’t turn any lights on, light in vanity area would not turn on. Vents were rusted and hanging off, smoke detector was just open wires hanging, door would not close completely and the lock was henge was broken. Linens on bed were dirty. "

"The room was very large and very clean. The mattresses were very comfortable. I like that the part of the restroom with the toilet and walk-in shower was separated by a door from the vanity and sink area. This is nice when sharing a room. Water pressure was great but the HOT water ran out quickly! only bad thing was the Road noise from cars driving by. They had a noise machine in the room to help cover that sound which was appreciated. We did not go to the Lake was it was very close- walking distance. Overall, nice place to stay in Quitman! "
