Wow it was so clean and friendly, great breakfast which was HUGE for us saving money on our road trip. Wished I had stayed at this one both times I was in Scranton. 10/10 to the staff and the hotel in general."

"The room was very clean and comfortable but there were some things that did not sit right with me during my stay. When checking in I was standing outside for a good 30 mins and had to call the front desk so the person in the back room ran out to their table to check me in. During my stay, when I had my room cleaned, the cleaning people threw out some of my shoe boxes that weren't even in the trash, just sitting in the closet with my other shoes, when I came to the front desk to ask about it all they said was that they weren't going to do anything about it, what's gone its gone and there is no point of telling the cleaning crew since they won't do anything about it. In my opinion that was just a rude way to go about it since it was a mess up on their end... I wouldn't go back honestly the only good thing was that the room seemed clean."
