Stunning hotel located in the most fairytale like beautiful mountains. The price was double of what we payed to sleep in Höchst the day after, but it was well worth it.

Schönes Hotel für junge Familien

Schönes Hotel, in toller Lage. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 2. Etage. Leider gibt es dort keinen Aufzug, was sich für meine gehbehinderte Mutter zu einer großen Herausforderung stellte um zu den Zimmer zu kommen. Das gleiche Problem war in dem zweiten Schlafzimmer, da das Bett sehr tief war. Für Kinder sehr gut, für alte Leute mit Gehbehinderung nicht geeignet. Frühstücksbüffet war überschaubar, aber gut und sehr sauber. Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Die Reinigung lässt zu wünschen übrig: in unserem Zimmer waren Spinnweben an der Decke, ein getragener Slip lag im Schrank, im Speisesaal waren ebenfalls Spinnweben im Eck. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war überschaubar. Warum es in einem veganen Hotel keinen Kaffee gibt, erschließt sich mir nicht. Die Semmeln waren aufgebacken, der Honig war Industriehonig und garantiert nicht vom Imker. Die Zimmerpreise sind gehoben, die Ausstattung entspricht nicht dem Preis.

Servicen var virkelig ringe. Særligt omkring morgenmaden. Det virkede som om de havde for mange gæster ift. hvad de kunne rumme og overskue. Der manglede konstant brød og smør, så man brugte lang tid på at vente. Og så var der lang vente tid på kaffen. Alt er vegansk, så det er jo lidt en smagssag om man er til det. Men en virkelig flot beliggenhed.

Abgelegen, überteuert und vegan

Große Zimmer in der "Luxus-Suite" die keinerlei Luxus bietet. Mäßige Einrichtung, altes Bad nur mit Wanne. Nur Aussicht ist zu wenig. Achtung: vegan, aber inkonsequent! Frühstück mau, "Kaffee" ist keiner, sondern schreckliche Brühe. Eier, Käse und "richtige" Milch gibt es aber. Parkplatz matschig, Gepäck muss über 8stufige Treppe ins EG, keine Hilfe angeboten. Dafür viel zu teuer!!!

Zeer net hotel op prachtige locatie. We hebben genoten. Vriendelijk personeel. Fijne kamer. Het hotel is echter biologisch en vegan, dus ontbijt ook maar was voor ons niet enorm vervelend. Eten kun je ook elders eventueel.

Veganer Quatsch

Hätte ich schon während der Buchung erfahren, dass es sich um ein veganes Hotel handelt, hätte ich von der Buchung Abstand genommen. Wenn ich in den Bergen Urlaub mache möchte ich auch etwas vernünftiges essen und nicht diesen trockenen, geschmacksneutral veganen Quatsch. Zudem lege ich bei guten Weinen auch Wert darauf, dass diese Alkohol enthalten. Andernfalls bestelle ich direkt Traubensaft. Die Philosophie dieses Hotels entspricht ganz und gar nicht meiner. Ich werde sicherlich nicht wiederkommen.

Great location.Nice and modern rooms. There are 2 points that need improvement: First, we were surprised and frustrated that the hotel sent us a bill for 50% of the accommodation costs about 2 weeks before our trip. This was not part of the booking confirmation and even though we complained to the hotel, they insisted on the payment. Second, the service personnel hardly speak German. They are very friendly, but I find it a bit odd that they are not able to adequately serve their customers in the local language.

Ausgesprochen geschmackvoll und schön in der Einrichtung und auch sehr sauber. Allerdings war mir vor Buchung nicht klar, dass dort ausschließlich vegane und vegetarische Küche angeboten wird. Das war ok, da es ausgesprochen lecker war. allerdings wurde auch kein Koffein (und kein Alkohol) angeboten. Das hätte ich vorher gerne gewusst! Zum Frühstück gehört für mich koffeinhaltiger Kaffee dazu.

Die Lage ist gut. Personal sehr bemüht, Kekse auch. Ausstattung nicht ausreichend. Es gibt eine Kuechenzeile, aber keinen Tee oder Kaffeekocher. Beim Fruehstueck keine selbstgebackenen oder zum veganen Konzept passende Broetchen, schmeckten eher nach althergebrachter Baeckerware. Ebenso keine selbstgemachte Marmelade, sondern eher Normale Industrieware. Hinweise auf religiösen Hintergrund eher fuer zukünftige Besuche abschreckend. Ruhetag wegen Sabat am Samstag, Glaubens CD zum Abschied als Geschenk.. lieber ist mir allemal ordentliche aufmerksame Professionelle Gastfreundschaft mit lokalen Produkten...
