Access was a little difficult if you dont speak the language or dont have a carrier/signal there. I was only able to get access through friend who spoke the language and we demonstrated that not one of our phones could get access unfortunately. After communicating they were considerate enough to leave me a key.

Property manager was very nice and helpful. He brought us electric converters that we needed. The location was a little out of the way with not much in the area. We had rented a car which made traveling easier. Enjoyed our stay and place.

Lumen apartments are great. Very nice parking, bed, shower, kitchen. The only complaint was a drainage smell that was coming out of the kitchen sink. We couldn’t figure it out while we were there but I need to mention that management responded really quick to all my emails or phone calls and offered to send someone to check the smell but we were out all day and only come to the apartment to sleep so we were able to tolerate the smell for a little bit.

Online Checkin funktioniert nicht

Es sollte Online eingecheckt werden um den virtuellen Schlüssel per App zu erhalten. Hat leider nicht funktioniert, erst nach unendlich langer Whats App Konversation von unterwegs aus (die Anreise war also schon mal nicht sooo entspannt) mit dem Vermieter haben wir dann den Schlüssel bekommen. Parkgarage war leider geschlossen aber dank Wochenende genügend Parkplätze im Freien.
