"I booked 3 rooms for 7 days and the stay was so disappointing, I will be requesting money back or credit. main desk only had one staff, so wait time to even ask a question was over half an hour, called from room and no one answered the phone. the bathrooms have no fans or windows so it completely steamed up while having a shower shower spout was like a hose, we were out of the room most of the day and came back at 3pm room had not been cleaned I requested every day for the room to be cleaned earlier but it never happened. Pool - pool was closed 2 days so hot and I asked staff and they said staff had an accident with filtering. The baby pool was so dirty. We ordered food by the pool it never arrived had to ask for a refund. The marina across the road, for all restaurant or shops is closed down so nothing around hotel. I booked restaurant in hotel for Easter dinner in advance for 8 people and when we arrived at the restaurant the staff said you can stay for dinner but the wait time for food in over 1 1/2 hours I was forced to choose the buffet which was double the price. Not happy. I was not compensated. At breakfast the first day 8 people we had to sit in a section with no air conditioning the 2nd day I asked to sit in another section and then after 10 minutes was asked to move as this table was reserved for a priority family. The hotel has water stations for water, ice and sparking water. It tasted like clorine, Not enough staff on the property so many people complained "

"The staff were excellent and the room was clean. The Aircon was working well and there where shops across the road. You can easily catch a bus to Pacific Fair shopping centre as well."

"Great hotel with great breakfast buffet, so much choice. Location was perfect 10 mins walk to beach and tram stop opposite hotel. 2 small pools either side of hotel so always having sunshine! Only issue was our toilet didnt flush properly, mentioned it to reception who sent a plumber out straight away but after he had gone still didn't flush properly! But all in all would definitely stay again and would recommend."
