"My family and I had a wonderful trip! The house was a great location for the beach, and our family (especially the kids) got tons of use out of the pool and outdoor space. House had everything we needed - plenty of beach and bath towels which was vital for a big group. Hosts were excellent communicators before, during, and after our stay (when we left something behind). "

"Hands down the nicest hotel property we have stayed in at the Florida panhandle. We recommend the hotel option where the rooms and common areas are in the same category as the Sanctuary at Kiawah Island. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the food was great. The beach is a short walk away, and the pools are beautiful. The only negatives I noticed were trash in the self parking area and a few items like drink glasses in the porch area not picked up from the night before. I’m not taking a deep dive on the tv vendor but let’s just say I missed Google fiber which I have at home. I am currently visiting the panhandle again at a different location with the same service and both locations should find a better option. On a scale of 5, I would rate the tv provider a 1. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this property! The host was very easy to communicate with and always quick to respond, which made everything seamless from start to finish. The location truly could not have been better. Being an end unit with so many windows made the emerald ocean views absolutely breathtaking from every angle. We loved relaxing and taking in the scenery each day. This unit felt bright,peaceful,and special,and we would absolutely love to stay here again in the future!"

"Beautiful, immaculately appointed house in a beautiful, private community on a gorgeous, private beach. Super clean. Has everything we needed for our 1 week long stay with our 3 kids and my elderly parents (minus food of course). Bonuses were the daily beach chair and umbrellas for 4, bikes, and working elevator. Views of beach from each floor are beautiful. LOVED IT!"

"The house was in a great location—close to the beach, shops, and plenty of restaurants. We loved that each bedroom had its own en suite bathroom, and the whole place was very clean. The only drawback was that the kitchen wasn’t fully stocked for a large group; there weren’t enough cups, dishes, or basic cookware, which is unusual compared to other Vrbo stays I’ve had.The backyard, however, was fantastic. The kids had a blast in the pool, and there was plenty of outdoor seating for everyone to relax and enjoy."

"The condo wasn’t cleaned! The floors were filthy and there was trash and shoes underneath the bed and nightstands. There was a hole in the floor in one of the bedrooms. I called and sent pictures but know one called me back. "
