Do not stay here!!!

We were only there long enough to wash the sand off of us before we decided to stay elsewhere. There was a drug deal in the parking lot, shady people everyone, and we overall did not feel safe. The place was absolutely deplorable and would not recommend it to anyone

The hotel was filthy. There were roaches all over the place. The floor in our room was wet from the AC unit and smelled like mildew. There were people smoking weed on the property and from the looks of it people live there as well.

No WIFI (when I visited the issue with the owner he said that I could live without internet), no towels in the room and when I asked for fresh towels the owner told me to take it up with the maids, there were bugs everywhere, the bathroom smelled and there was black mold on the ceiling. I'm surprised that expedia would carry this Hotel. In the future I'll look at travelocity or something else.

This was the worse experience ever. We booked 5 rooms for 1 night before our cruise. There were roaches in the room, the bed sheets were dirty and had stains, the pillows were as flat as a cardboard, Towels had stains. We complaint about the light in the bathroom not working and management said they could not do anything about it. the "non-Smoking" room smelled like an ashtray. When we complaint to the management again in the morning he said that the rooms were what they were and he couldn't do anything about it. DO NOT recommend at all. You can do get a much better hotel for the same price and maybe even cheaper than these rooms were.

I don't recommend staying at this property. The morning person is extremely rude. She laughed in my face when i asked if i could possibly pre-checkin. No apology or apathy given. The room I stayed in had mold literally growing on the carpet and wall under the sink area. Roaches came out of the walls in the bathroom as soon I got done taking a shower. The bedding was atrocious! The property needs to be gutted and completely remodeled. It was disappointing to wake up expecting to make a cup of coffee to realize the coffee maker looks like it hadn't been cleaned in years! When coming back from a long surf event I expected to relax and be comfortable in the room I booked. It was a very disappointing stay. I will add the only saving grace were the two nice front desk ladies in the afternoon and the Philly shop across the way. I will never stay at another Americas Best Value Inn again and I'll definitely advise against it if asked. The price I paid was more than what it was worth. $29/night value at best.

I liked nothing about the property. Infested with roaches. Smells horrible. Police are called there daily was also informed by police they took a dead body from one of their rooms. There’s about a 17 yr old girl who seems to be patrolling area and informed me she was supposed to be watching two kids in a room where two ppl where getting licked on. She was also asking for tobacco products. Or if someone could take her to get them. The tub and sheets had hair all on them. No Wi-Fi even though says it’s included. No breakfast even though says it’s include. Paid for room in cash 177. They didn’t even require a deposit *red flag* most hotels do. They didn’t refund me the money. And overall please just do not book a room at this hotel they’re very very skeptical.

Great front desk after 1:00pm check in then!!

The morning manager a bit rude.. not too friendly at times. Even heard others people staying n probably fir over a week there. And weekend people don't like to asked anything from him. He trys Just not in his nature. But Lisa was awesome. Way different attitude, great personality. Will come back cause of her friendliness, and politeness.
