The room was very comfortable, and the cleaning lady was awesome. Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. All of the staff were friendly and eager to help us. Aman, from the front desk, gave us tips on must eats while in Sarajevo which made our experience even better. We plan on coming back to movenpick out next time in Sarajevo.

Good hotel with excellent breakfast options. The gym is quite small, but the pool, sauna, and steam facilities are very good. It’s only a 5-minute walk from the tram stop. We had a small issue at check-in, but the lady at the front desk was very helpful and resolved it quickly. The room had a few minor faults, but nothing that would downgrade the overall experience. Overall, a good hotel and worth staying at.

The staff is very helpful and polite. We had an evening flight and they allowed our luggage to stay at the hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is 10 minutes away from the City Center.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. The front desk and the staff are very helpful. The issues- somewhat confusing breakfast layout, the coffee machine broke the first morning, and it was not fixed the next morning. The checkout was (surprise) at 11 am. The windows in my room were very dirty on the outside. Very poor TV channel selection, no laundry bag or other 'regular ' hotel amenities. On the positive side, the bottled water was plentiful and free.

A really enjoyed six night stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good with varied choice to suit all tastes. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They were quick to adddress mistakes over an airport transfer that did not appear and the request for a non smoking room which had not been met initially. The hotel is in a pleasant spot away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is a nice walk into town and taxis are readily available and cheap. However, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely return on future visits to Sarajevo. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

Good location But some issues

Near airport. All food in hotel is halal. 20 mins walk from main shopping centre, with large food court. Old city is about 1 hour walk. Room was good, but had a connecting door to another room that was locked. There was a cold air drought under that door. Also, noise from other room was more audible due to the door being present. Finally, room air con did not seem to heat room. So i turned it off. Unfortunately room faced the church, which sounded their bells at around 8am, breaking sleep. Gym is small, and cable machine is out of order, so even smaller selection of equipment. Pool has ladies only times, which adds to comfort of stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Booked it as we didn’t want to be right in the city centre, but there is a very pleasant 20 minute walk into the city which we loved. Parking here is really easy, garage below the hotel for a good price. Only minor thing to note is the faint smell of smoke when walking through the corridor. Our room itself didn’t smell of smoke but parts of the hotel did. Something to be mindful of as a non-smoker! Enjoyed our stay though and would recommend staying here for Sarajevo

The hotel itself was good, but I was unhappy with how the reception staff treated me during check-in. I had booked two rooms for two adults and two children, aged 13 and 17. However, when I arrived, the receptionist informed me that I would need to pay extra for breakfast because the two children were considered adults based on their ages, which affected the pricing. I explained that I had booked the package holiday through Expedia, entering the ages of the children, and that I had already paid the full amount for the flight and accommodation, which did not reflect any price difference per person. The receptionist insisted that this was an issue with Expedia. After a lengthy discussion, he ultimately agreed not to charge the extra fee. I found this situation unnecessary, and it started my holiday off on a negative note. Overall, the hotel was nice but located quite far from the main town center. The rooms were spacious, although a bit outdated, and the restaurants and spa were good. I have traveled to numerous countries and stayed in many hotels, but I have never experienced anything like this before.

On a main tramline into old town really easy to travel around. Staff super helpful and welcoming. Great pool and steam room ( sauna was not working for some of the stay). Decent sized rooms and breakfast was sufficient and varied.

Good enough for short stays

Overall it’s not a bad hotel and reception staff was very friendly. However, rooms were not cleaned daily and toiletries not topped up daily; hotel restaurant/cafe closes too early at 10.30pm and no late night food option available from the kitchen, which is what I would expect from a Movenpick hotel. Otherwise location is ok with 10min walk to tram station and a 15 min tram ride to old city.
