This is THE best property to stay at in Sarajevo. I stayed at another for a night before switching here and it felt like such a relief upon checking in. The room was so comfortable, clean and I loved that the TV had Netflix available. It’s right in the old town center, very near the copper street and has a ton of food and cafes right outside the door. The staff was excellent and I will definitely be recommending this to everyone I know!

Hotel Old Sarajevo is a gem. Its location is ecxellent. Our room was clean and modern, with a huge comfy bed. The breakfast was lovely, lots of choice and it was great to have access to good coffee at any time of the day or night. The staff were friendly, professional and so helpful, advising us onbwhere to go and making bookings for us.

A small, central, and cozy hotel.

A small and cozy hotel centrally located in Sarajevo's old town. The room could have been a bit larger for my taste, and it would have been nice to have a refrigerator, but the central location more than made up for it. It was close to everything you might need in terms of food and drink, and despite the hotel having an entrance directly on a street in the old town, the room was very quiet and comfortable.

Excellent location

Located in the heart of old Sarajevo. Modern decor, comfortable rooms, no noise in the room and reception staff were very polite and helpful. Complimentary Coffee (machine) , fruit and traditional biscuits were in lobby for guests to use. Hotel was clean. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay

Great location, right in the heart of old town, which can be a downside sometimes, if there is an event nearby you will definitely hear it but overall I'd stay there again. Great service and recommendations from reception on where to eat, etc and the very lovely reception today even exchanged some Euros for me and gave me a few marks extra just in case I needed it for the taxi to the airport! Talk about great service!

Charming hotel right in the middle of Old Sarajevo. It’s a bit difficult to get to by car because the street isn’t drivable but road and tram access close by. Dining and markets right out the front door. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator though so one thing to be aware of. Staff super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

We ordered the superior double room and when we arrived they didn’t have any and we were out in a tiny room and there was no service at the desk in the early morning. Location was good but otherwise we didn’t get our moneys worth at all and there was no one to speak to to get a refund.
