Extremely loud music on the street until 3 am , a/c not working ,the room had 30 year old red carpet with stains all over , old outdated furniture . People on reception and servers were very nice ! Only good thing about that place is its workers ! Thank you

Amazing hospitality (especially great thanks to Emina from front desk) and they guided me well with good advices about the city. Also I got help for Mostar tour. I will come back (soon I hope). Room was clean and big enough. Location is ultra good (just next to Bascarsija).

Very nice place. A very good value.

Right in the middle of old town, so location was great. Very close to touristy shopping. Reserved parking is available for 12,5 euro per day. Good luck finding any other place to park. Check in and out was great. Staff was cordial, helpful and English proficient. On site free breakfast was very good. Restaurants for other meals are everywhere. The room was very nice, comfortable and very clean. Elevator to 4th floor worked very well. Very nice place. I recommend it and will stay there again.

I found the hotel to be (so far) the best on my 3 week holiday to Europe. Staff is very friendly, and gracious. They have a large DELICIOUS breakfast spread that goes till late (at least 10:00am, i think even later) which is great cuz i often stay up late and have late breakfast. location is amazing, right in the middle of Old Town. everything is within 5 min walk, all the big sites in Sarajevo. Id stay here again in a minute. room is big, spacious, clean. Everyone speaks English in the hotel and very helpful. 5stars all the way.

Convenient but too LOUD. The location is great, the breakfast average, the staff nice, the plumbing floody, the beds good, but the street party noise is very loud, particularly on Saturday night. So loud you have to raise your voice talk to another person in the room. It does end by about 1am, so if you are the late-partying type this would be perfect for you. If not, bring your earplugs and your patience!

Good location but dated

The hotel is in a great location, just a couple of minutes walk from the Latin Bridge and Baščaršija. The rooms are a little dated, but were spacious with lots of storage. It was however impossible to securely lock the hotel room door from the inside - there was no manual lock/chain as you would find in most hotels.

Do not stay at this hotel on Friday or Saturday night. It is party central right outside the hotel with pounding music and noise until 1:00 am.

Incredible location and friendly staff, but in need of refresh. Our room had a moldy smell to it. If they gave it a little uplift to replace carpets and address the smell, we would definitely come back.

Very bad property, overall hallways are dirty and very dated. Shower in my room was broken and I saw cockroaches in the hallway. When I brought it up with hotel staff they were not surprised and her response was to ask if I opened my window. Left after one night and rebooked at another hotel. There are much better hotels that are comparably priced in the old town. Do not recommend
