フロントスタッフさんは人によって対応に差がありますが、基本的には丁寧です。カプセルエリアに滞在しましたが、客室部には加湿空気清浄機がありましたが共用部のトイレ洗面室には空気清浄機がなく、換気できてなくて臭いが気になる時があったのでこちらにも置いて欲しかったです。大浴場がありがたかった！

女性スタッフは冷ための方が多かったですが男性スタッフは丁寧で優しい方が多かった印象です。 初めてお部屋に入った時に髪の毛が2〜3本落ちてたのが少し気になりました。 お風呂場はキレイだったように感じます。 連泊しましたがタオルと一緒にスリッパも新しい物があると嬉しいと思いました。 ストレートアイロンが洗面スペースに備え付けられていたのですが客室階の洗面スペースではコンセントの差口がなかったので持参したストレートアイロンは使用出来なかったです。 また、洗面スペースはあまり多くなく朝は混雑するので注意です。 駅からも近かったので個人的にはまた利用したいと思いました。

The amenities were lacking every hostel Ihave stayed at have lockers this one had a very tiny one in capsule didnt hold much .I left my suitcase at front desk as didnt feel comfortable leaving it in front of capsule .Also bathrooms not well cared for sink blocked and also toilet running water in one place.Most people have luggage so I think they should have lockers very sad as location great and was expecting more.

Das Personal war sehr nett und bemüht, die Kommunikation gestaltete sich teilweise, in englisch, etwas schwierig, sie gaben sich jedoch große Mühe. Die Zimmer war toll ausgestattet, sauber und praktisch. Die Bäder ließen keine Wünsche offen, es gab alles von der Gedichtspflege bis Schampoo, bei Rezeption gab es ebenfalls Rasierer, Nachtzeug,... Sollte ich nochmal nach Sapporo kommen, würde jederzeit wieder hier buchen.

場所もわかりやすいし、室内は新しくて清潔感がありました。ただ、フロントの方の対応が雑で、残念。日本語が話せない外国人に、イングリッシュOK？と無理やり英語の翻訳アプリを使って説明してた。なんだか強引な感じがして、不快に感じたのは、私だけでしょうか。アジアは広いので、どこの国からきたのか聞いてあげて下さい。英語がわからない人も沢山いますよ。
