It’s very convenient and reasonable price. Coz In Sapporo city is too expensive to stay. Staff are nice, but we don’t see them often, so it’s better to ask questions when you checked in. Room is very clean, but they will not come to clean your room, if you don’t ask them.

自分が事前にちゃんと見てなかったのが悪いのですが今回ツインルームだったんですけど浴槽無しシャワーのみでした。風呂浸かりたい人は要注意。アメニティ、化粧水、綿棒は用意して欲しいかなと。設備自体は出来立てなのでとても綺麗です。ガヤガヤした札幌エリアと違い、夜はとても静かで人も歩いてません。北海道の雪景色や田舎感味わえて良いです。エスコンフィールド近く、シャトルバスで五分ほど、野球好きには間違いないです。

スタッフの方が話しやすく気軽に声をかけてくれる感じだった。窓から夕暮れを見てのんびりできる感じが正月明けにゆっくりしたい気分にピッタリだった。意外と周りの部屋の声が聞こえるような気もするが常識的な範囲の時間だと思ったので気になることもなく良かった。 朝食会場となる場所はそこまで広いわけではないので7時15分くらいにいくとスムーズだったが帰る頃には結構並んでいた。

若いスタッフで頑張って欲しいです。　滞在中体調崩しできるだけの事はしていただきましたが　夜中だったため　解熱剤や体温計がフロントにあると嬉しかったです。どうしても野球のホテルというイメージも強く急病の対応に期待してしまいます。新しいホテルなので　これからもっと良くなっていただけたらと思います。静かで良く寝れました。

冬なので部屋が寒いです。エアコン暖房は暖かいですが乾燥がひどく、消すと窓から隙間冷風が、、、 バルコニーで夜騒いでるお客様も居て騒がしい時間もありました。

新しく全てが綺麗で掃除も丁寧にされている、連泊する際、数日に一度しか掃除がない。私は２連泊だったので、むしろありがたかった。毎日入られる方がタイミングに気を使ってゆっくりできないから。ベランダがあったのも開放感あり。何しろ駅直結なので、様々なお店も利用できて便利。ハイテクすぎてスマホありきのインフォメーションなどは気になるところ。
