"After multiple phone calls the hotel never picked up, or responded to the WhatsApp number. This was particularly annoying because they never sent us the room code leaving us unable to get into the room for over two hours. "This is a apartment complex with regular residents. The name of the complex and the name listed "Glory" are not the same, so there was a bit of confusion when ariving there. When google map this place, it only shows the 24 Hr luandry mat and a convience store; to get to the apartment there is a small alley to get to the back. This place doesn’t indicate it's English friendly but It is as a non-Japanese speaker. Enjoy my stay here."

"It was the perfect find for a late night arrival in Hokkaido. Also appreciated the tip from the venue on the convenience of the express bus. We were a little uneasy with the instructions and whether we could actually access the room, but ultimately everything worked as intended. It’s quite narrow but perfect for 2 people. Lots of conbini and food options nearby, including a fantastic ramen shop an 8 minute walk away (open until 2am), where we had one of our favorite meals on the trip."
