Eu tive um problema logo no check in, minha reserva estava errada, constava que era no quarto misto qdo na verdade era no feminino, a gerente me tratou como se o erro fosse meu, não gostei da forma como ela me tratou, jogando toda a responsabilidade em mim, chegou até a cogitar de eu voltar, depois de 4 HS de viagem, depois de tudo pago, fiquei muito nervosa, sair pra comer, enquanto ela tentava resolver o problema, fiquei tão nervosa que chorei, pq era a minha primeira experiência num hostel, no fim tive que ficar no quarto misto, no site paguei mais caro pelo quarto feminino, queria saber se consigo devolução da diferença?Eu aconselho quem comprar pacote, confirmar a reserva diretamente com o local!
