I HAVE STAYED HERE MANY TIMES MAINLY BECAUSE IT IS ONLY ABOUT 20 MINS WALK TO GET THE FREE FERRY TO ILHABELA FOR FOR FOOT PASSEGERS & CYCLISTS.WONDERFUL VARIED BUFFET BREAKFAST & LOTS OF LENGTHS IN LARGE POOL I THINK ABOUT 25 METRES.RECOMMENDED.

I HAVE STAYED HERE SEVERAL TIMES FOR MY VISITS TO ILHABELA SHORT WALK TO FREE FERRY & THEN LOCAL BUSES TO MY FAVOURITE BEACHES PRAIA DO CURRAL & GRANDE.I LOVE THE SWIMMING POOL LOTS OF LENGTHS ABOUT 25 METRES & GOOD BREAKFAST AS WELL.RECOMMENDED.

Good room helpful staff wonderful varied breakfast fantastic swimming pool I enjoyed after a hard day at the beach.Easy to get a bus to my favourite Sao Sebastiao beach Praia Do Gueca.About 1 mile walk to car ferry Balsa free for foot passengers to/from Ilhabela.Then many buses up/down to beaches my favourite Praia Do Curral.Recommended.

Hotel simples porém acolhedor e muito confortavel. quartos muito amplos e limpos, roupa de cama cheirosas, banheiros muito limpos. café da manhã excelente com muitas opções de pães, bolos, sucos e frutas. Salão de jogos com bons equipamentos para diversão, proximidade com muitas praias lindas de São Sebastião e região, excelente localização, próximo a mercados grandes como Pao de Açucar. TODOS os funcionários extremamente gentis e solicitos. O único ponto que, no meu ponto de vista, precisaria de uma modernização é a piscina adulto, ela é toda muito funda, sendo o mais raso com 1.55m se não me engano, e o mais fundo com 2m e pouco. Mesmo sabendo nadar é desconfortavel a parte rasa ser tão funda, as crianças acima de 7 anos não conseguem aproveitar. A piscina infantil é rasa demais para eles e a adulta é funda demais. Valeria uma reforma nas piscinas para que fiquem com o padrão da maioria dos hoteis, propria e segura para todos os hospedes. A area das piscinas é ótima, seriam um atrativo a mais a questão da profundidade das piscinas. Pretendo sim voltar, é uma excelente propriedade!

Perfeito maravilhoso

incrível, chegamos um pouco mais cedo do que o check-in que era 14h e eles providenciaram o quarto antes por volta de umas 11h e foram muito educados falaram pra agente ir para a piscina enquanto terminavam o quarto , ofereceram toalhas para ir pra praia Muito bom parabéns a toda a equipe

Ótima experiência no Hotel.

Gostei muito da visita a este hotel, quarto confortável, ótimo atendimento, só o ar que às vezes demorava um pouco para gelar, mas fora isso, fiquei muito satisfeita. Fiquei apenas de sábado para domingo, mas por causa da localização em que o hotel está situado e o próprio hotel, posso garantir que será um prazer retornar.

oa estrutura, mas longe de praias.

O Hotel e as instalacoes foram dentro de nossas espectativas. A limpeza do quarto nota 10. Tudo funcionando. Lado bom é que para quem fica na parte de baixo, o carro fica na porta do seu quarto, o que facilita muito para descarregar e carregar as coisas. Ponto negativo é que nao tem praia perto que chega a ser uma ironia, pois o hotel é pe na arreia.
