I would definitely stay here again because of the location. Many restaurants and bars. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good hotel with nice rooms

Nice hotel in a good location. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room was ready early so they allowed me to check in on arrival which was very much appreciated. Room was a good size although bathroom a little small, but good shower. Nice balcony in my room looking out on to the quaint street and restaurants. Comfortable bed and had a good sleep. Didn't have chance to use the pool and try the included breakfast due to having to leave very early in the morning.

tivemos a infelicidade de ter uma barata no quarto..e o porteiro não tinha sequer um spray disponível. O quarto estava aparentemente limpo...O banheiro era apertadíssimo.e o chuveiro era fraco. a acessibilidade é difícil.. são 3 níveis de escada pra ir ao salão do café.

Passei três noites no hotel. Ao chegar, as janelas estavam abertas e havia diversos mosquitos. A cama é confortável, o banho é agradável e o café da manhã é bem completo. As moças que atendem no café são muito atenciosas. Contudo, a limpeza deixa a desejar. O quarto tinha poeira em cima das superficies. A colcha da cama estava manchada, precisando ser trocada. O chão também aparentava não ter sido aspirado ou varrido. Por outro lado, os lençóis pareciam limpos e as toalhas vinham ensacadas e seladas. Além disso, nos dias que fiquei um grupo chegou de madrugada e foi para o terraço do hotel fazendo barulho até tarde da madrugada. Do quarto se ouvia todo o movimento. Por fim, não há elevador, mas a equipe da recepção gentilmente ofereceu para levar a mala ao andar.

Hotel simples é compreensível, mas este hotel precisa ser descredenciado, e horrível e prejudica a imagem do hotéis . Não tem cartão de chave para os hóspedes. Sujo. Ótima localização, confortável e limpo. Apartamento compacto, mas agradável. O terraço com piscina são atrativos a mais. Mas pela configuração do prédio, não há elevadores, somente escada. Não é problema se o hóspede não tiver restrição de mobilidade, mas é importante estar ciente, porque precisará deslocar sua bagagem. Convênio com estacionamento e serviço de valet facilitam.
