Area felt unsafe not I had any trouble but it was t a nice block. Room stank of damp so kept windows open constantly, shower was very good. Bed was ok, breakfast fine. I wouldn’t stay again

O hotel é bem ok. Os funcionários são muito educados e solícitos. Café da manhã simples, porém gostoso. O problema foi o quarto que nos causou uma crise alérgica durante os dois dias que permanecemos. Acredito que seja por pouca ventilação, ácaro, cheiro de guardado. Não conseguimos usar os cobertores que estavam no armário por esse motivo. Espero que as condições melhorem.

Primeiramente destacar que os recepcionistas e camareiras são super atenciosos e prestativos. Porém tive problemas com an internet, o sinal não pegava no quarto de jeito nenhum! Cheguei a trabalhar sentada no chão perto da porta pra ter acesso an internet! O problema é a disposição do quarto fiquei nos quartos 403 e 407 e nada ! A pia do banheiro 403 pingava o tempo inteiro, avisei a recepção, mas a manutenção não foi lá ! A tomada do lado da cama pra ligar o ar condicionado, não funcionava ! Tinha que subir na cadeira e ligar diretamente no aparelho, porque o controle não funcionava sozinho. Apesar dos recepcionistas terem mudado o meu quarto, infelizmente o problema com an internet não resolveu! Destaco aqui, que não sou aquela hóspede chata que reclama de tudo! Relevo muita coisa, mas a internet pra mim é primordial por conta do trabalho. REITERO novamente que o staff é muito solícito, porém há problemas estruturais.

Boa acomodação para estadia curta. Quarto em boa condição e preço justo. O hotel estava bem cheio, mas só um elevador estava disponível, liberar os dois traria uma melhor experiência.
