Bom atendimento mas deixa a desejar no conforto

Primeira vez no Calstar Hotel e o atendimento foi excelente. Desde a recepção até a funcionária da limpeza e do café da manhã, todos muito simpáticos e prestativos. A única ressalva que faço é em relação ao conforto. O quarto em que fiquei é bem pequeno não oferece muita privacidade pq a janela dá de frente para um prédio de apartamentos. O colchão afundava no meio, tornando-se desconfortável. Mas o chuveiro é ótimo e o atendimento e a localização (próxima ao metrô República) o tornam uma opção bem viável.

Poderia ter sido excelente.

O hotel é muito bom, café da manhã farto, funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos, porém um ponto negativo, foi que o quarto que fiquei tinha muito barulho externo, a noite quase não consegui dormir, era gente falando alto, barulho de caminhão descarregando, esse foi o ponto ruim, mas tem uma ótima localização e super organizado.

Eu e minha esposa fomos atendidos com total presteza e educação. Quarto limpo e confortável, café da manhã muito bom, próximo a estação de Metro. A única coisa que eles precisam melhorar e o sinal da Wifi que cai um pouco a qualidade durante a noite. Estou muito satisfeito.

Great budget hotel with an amazing breakfast

Hotel Calstar isn’t a luxury hotel but I give it 5 stars because it helped make my time in Sao Paulo amazing. The staff are so kind and helpful. The price is great and allowed me to spend more on activities. The room was comfortable. I had a large tv and a window. There is a fridge. The AC gets ice cold which is nice after a hot day out and about. There is a small elevator (3 people max) which is very handy. The breakfast is fantastic. They have all kinds of cereal, yogurt, cakes, fruit, breads, eggs and granola. The pineapple bread was my favorite. You can fill up each morning and not be hungry until lunch. One tip is to try and do breakfast before the 9:30 closing as it gets crowded and you will have to wait outside until a table is free. The location is convenient. It’s right down the street from the hop on hop off bus. It’s also really convenient to request an uber while you wait inside the lobby. The hotel will also hold your luggage if you have a later flight out. The wifi was good my entire week there. I felt safe staying there.

Good value, quiet hotel, perfect for a stopover.

Close to the Republica metro. Although an older hotel, it was clean and comfortable for our one night stay. Check in was friendly and quick. Wifi was good and the room was quiet. We slept well. Within easy walking distance there was a choice of coffee shops and restaurants. Our only disappointment was that we had to leave for the airport about 15 mins before the breakfast service started. Breakfast was included but there was no option for a light takeaway breakfast, - or even just a coffee - and this might be something the hotel should consider.Overall a good value stay.
