Hotel com cara de motel, muito barulhento, café da manhã não fica servido. Você desce pro "restaurante" e ainda tem que esperar uns 15 minutos para te servirem um café fixo. No meu caso, desci tendo que sair em 10 minutos, achei que ia pegar um café e um pão e sair e tive que ficar esperando. Não possui elevador, tivemos que subir 4 andares de escada com as malas.

Hotel estilo "motel" não gostei. 1a reclamação: hotéis.com na reserva citou que pode ser parcelado o pagamento, no check in tive que pagar a vista. 2a reclamação: sistema de café da manhã simplesmente HORRÍVEL, cestinha com um pãozinho francês e um café GELADO, que pelo preço da diária deveria ser um BUFFET de iguarias. Resumo: péssima experiência tanto pelo hotel bem como pelo HOTÉIS.COM. Não usarei mais esse tipo de reserva.

Fiquei surpreso de tão ruim

-Pelo valor que paguei, esperava no mínimo um hotel mais descente. -Não tem frigobar no quarto, -Não tem guarda roupas, nem cabides. -A TV não funcionava, tive acionar a recepção. -A pia do banheiro é de uso ESTRITAMENTE de lavar o rosto e escovar os dentes, não tem espaço para deixar um perfume ou uma necessaire. Tive que usar a tampa do vazo sanitário como suporte ( é mole ??? ) -A porta que divide o banheiro e o quarto é de vidro, isso deixa o quarto muito claro durante a noite, ruim para dormir. - Não tem cadeira no quarto, o que tem é um banco, desconforto total em pensar que você quer utilizar a mesa para trabalho. Não dá. -Café da manhã HORRÍVEL, uma bandeja com café/leite/um pão/torradas/uma fatia de queijo e uma de presunto, uma fatia de melão,....( sem mais comentários ) - sem falar na mesa do café.....desconforto total, super pequena, quase que não cabe a bandeja do café. Tem muito mais coisa, mas vou parar por aqui..... SIMPLESMENTE HORRÍVEL

Hotel agradável silencioso, cobertores para o frio

Gostei do acolhimento tive um bom sono e me agasalhei bem, gostei do café da manhã. Aproveito para informar que ao guardar minhas camisas de cor branca, junto com elas descobri ao desfazer a mala estava também um lençol branco bem dobrado que é do Hotel, peço desculpas pelo ocorrido e por gentileza aos cuidados de quem devo envia-lo.

Apenas para dormir

O hotel na verdade era um motel. Assim os quartos não tem armário e janelas adequadas. O fato é que ele foi transformado em razão da demanda por hotéis na região pela proximidade ao Expo Center. Independemente de a Gerente ser extremamente diligente e atenciosa, bem como todo o staff é necessário que o Hotel passe por reformas a transformá-lo em um verdadeiro hotel!
