There are no shops or restaurants close to the property. The room smelled terribly of mildew and mold was present in the bathroom. The furnishings and decor were old but in good repair. We were given a bath towel at check in, but there were no hand towels available. No soap, shampoo, etc was offered and there was no place in the shower to set any if you brought them with you. The staff was very pleasant.

We needed a room for one night before an early flight. It was fine for that purpose. I wouldn’t stay here if you’re looking for a fancy beach resort. The hotel itself is dated and pool is small for the number of rooms they have. Elevators in the morning had long lines. Had to wait 10 minutes to get to the lobby during the busy time. But the free breakfast was wonderful with many options! Room was spacious and bed was comfortable and clean. Walkable to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach.

It was exctly to spend some hours before the conection flight. The room was simple, but the beds and the shower were good for a break, before a longer flight. They provide free suttles to São Paulo International Airport

My stay at this hotel was a terrible experience. The bad smell was indescribable, and the bathroom was in such poor condition that it was impossible to take a shower. Without a doubt, it was one of the worst places I have ever spent a night.

Falta atenção a detalhes

Na foto a cama parecia king, onde daria p eu e esposa dormirmos com nosso filho menor entre nós, porem era cama de casal pequena, tive q dormir no chão. E meus outros 2 filhos nas outras 2 de solteiro. Pedimos cobertores, q pareciam ter sido lavados e embalados á muito tempo, pois a embalagem estava poeirada , suja. Cozinha e atendentes super educados e atenciosos, sem exceção.

O hotel é horrível! As camas desconfortáveis, pequenas e vencidas. Roupa de cama e cobertores daqueles que colocamos para cachorros dormir! A lâmpada do quarto não apagava. As tomada todas desmontadas. O Elevador quando acionado acorda todo hotel. A luz do corredor fica acessa a noite toda.

instalações muito simples, sem conforto nenhum. lençois e toalhas velhos e gastos. Banheiro com odor insuportável. Todo o quarto cheirava mal. Parece um hotel de estrada. Só não fui embora porque era madrugada e só passei uma noite. No entanto, todo o pessoal que trabalha lá foi extremamente educado, gentil e solicito. O melhor de tudo foi o transporte (transfer). Atendimento excelente.

Os funcionários são incríveis, mas tive que pedir para trocar a roupa de cama, aspecto que não tinha sido trocada. Sabão líquido no banheiro, a água do chuveiro custa a aquecer, não tem ducha higiênica. Precisa melhorar a roupa de cama e banho.

Hotel extremamente simples, mas entrega o que promete. O serviço de translado funciona. O café da manhã foi melhor do que eu esperava, com bolos, frutas, pão, frios, café, leite, suco, chá, ovos, cuscus. Funcionários educados, simpáticos e prestativos. Chuveiro esquenta.
