Hotel precisa de uma reforma a começar da fechadura totalmente enferrujada, quando se senta na cama ela afunda o colchão não tem firmeza, sobre os lençóis chegam a ser nojentos, encardidos, com aspecto de sujos, achei pentelhos agarrados na trama do mesmo. Posso garantir que não eram nossos. Não recebi toalha de banho, pra que eu conseguisse uma tive que pedir. O tratamento do pessoal da recepção foi muito bom. Meninas simpáticas. O café da manhã também foi bom. Mas eu não recomendo este hotel a ninguém.

O hotel é bem simples, já com uma certa idade. O mobiliário, a exemplo das mesas e cadeiras nos quartos, está desgastado. O café da manhã é muito simples, poucas opções. O atendimento dos funcionários é bom, não condiz com o estado do hotel.

Ótima localização e ambiente

Fui para São Luis a trabalho, passei 3 dias no Hotel e gostei muito, tanto da localização que era parto do local de trabalho e também perto da praia, da para ir a pés (só não é muito legal a noite). Os quartos são aconchegantes, o único problema é que o vento batia muito forte na porta da varanda e as vezes a porta batia. Tirando isso o quarto é bom, banheiro arrumado e o wi-fi funciona bem. No café da manhã eles apresentem um cardápio variado com frutas, caldo, bolos, pães e etc. O atendimento também foi bom, bastante atentos e compreensivos, tirou minhas dúvidas e me ajudou com a mala até o quarto. Para finalizar, eu dou os parabéns ao Hotel!

bem localizado entre a avenida litoranea e a avenida holandeses bom custo beneficio o hotel ta precisando de uma reforma urgente principalmente na cobertura a piscina nao da pra usar devido ao seu mal estado de recuperacao o cafe e bom mas teve um dia q demorou uma hora a mais para ser servido.

Localização e tamanho do quarto são ótimos. O café é razoável e a mobília e banheiro precisam de renovação. O hotel tem estacionamento fechado. Durante minha hospedagem houve muito barulho de música e conversas em outro quarto.
