PROXIMIDADE ESTADIO SHOW DE BOCA

Muito acolhedor, quarto simples, mas perfeito para meu objetivo, que era assistir a um jogo no Estadio do Santos, já que fica muiiiiitooo perto da entrada para visitantes, show de bola.

O lugar é muito agradável!

Não sei nem como explicar, o lugar é mais a "casa da sua família" do que um hotel ou pousada, o ambiente é tão agradável que dá a sensação de você ter viajado pra casa de um parente querido. Duas coisas: senha do wi-fi não disponível, pois ela fica nos quartos e tiraram, mas o rapaz da Casa pode informar se perguntar; controle do ar-condicionado não estava funcionando, coisa simples, mas a noite deu calor e não podíamos sair por la batendo nas portas atrás de pilha KKK Mas são coisas mínimas que não fazem passar raiva pois o lugar é maravilhoso e olha... Realmente eu não queria ir embora de lá. O local possui uma sala repleta de retratos e coleções que valem a pena parar e admirar, sem contar a janela dessa sala que disponibiliza uma vista simples e agradável da rua. Gratidão pela hospitalidade e por tratarem todos de maneira igual independente de cor, raça e condição sexual. Abraços e desejo um dia retornar!

Ótimo custo benefício

O estilo de hospedagem é homestay, ou seja, você fica tem quartos separados com banheiro individual, mas divide os demais cômodos (sala, copa e cozinha). O café da manhã é simples e sem muita variedade (café, leite, pão, bolo, queijo, presunto, uma ou duas frutas e suco de laranja). A atendente ofereceu para fazer ovo mexido, feito na hora. O quarto que fiquei era um pouco pequeno (ficava na parte de baixo da casa, mas há outros quartos mais espaçosos em cima), onde não havia guarda-roupa ou espaço para apoiar a mala. Mas a cama era confortável, tinha wi-fi gratuito, frigobar, tv com net, e uma ducha no banheiro muito boa (padrão hotel). O dono está no local no horário do café, e é atencioso com os hóspedes. O local fica do lado do Estádio do Santos. No geral, gostei da hospedagem e ficaria de novo pelo bom custo benefício.

Em reformas

O hotel está em reformas comprometendo bastante o conforto. Mas o acolhimento do casal proprietário e seus funcionários é excelente. Na reforma percebe-se a preocupação com detalhes de qualidade e capricho. Enfim, deverá estar quase perfeito após finalizarem as reformas. Enquanto isso e por isso não se pode dar avaliação melhor infelizmente.
