I enjoyed my stay here for 3 nights. The villa is a few minutes walk away from the bus station and it's surrounded by lots of restaurants and supermarkets, making it convenient for tourists. Alexander at the reception was so amazing and made my stay comfortable throughout. Cleanliness at the property was on point and I also noticed that they provided fresh towels every day during my stay. I'd definitely book again whenever I'm in Santorini 💯

I liked their dining option on site with bar & music. I also loved how the Perissa black sand beach was in front of the accommodations. Staff was excellent including Roy, who was friendly and courteous! I disliked the numerous mosquitoes in the room. Had to rent another hotel for the 2nd night even though I paid for 2 nights at Paralia Diamond Villa.

Property pictures look decent but there were ants all over the room. Towels are like sandpaper. Reception desk seems helpful at first but eventually you will run into a situation where he says something you later find out to be false. He takes no accountability. Many guests without rooms. Disorganized and chaotic. Hot tub is not hot at all - same temperature as the pool. Wifi is the worst - better everywhere else except in this hotel. Restaurant outside of hotel offers ok food but wouldn’t recommend eating there - better food down the street. Beach is ok but lots of mosquitoes and sand flies. Bring bug spray.

Pour le prix payé c’est du vol … !

Notre chambre premium n était pas prête à notre arrivée. Nous avons été déclassé 1 nuit dans une chambre humide au sous sol sentant le moisi. Loin de la vue mer que nous avions payé. Après de longues négociations acharnées nous avons obtenu la gratuité des petits déjeuner pour 3 personnes pendant les 3 jours de notre séjour ce qui aurait pu sembler honnête. Malheureusement le petit déjeuner proposé par l hôtel ne vaut pas les 10€ qu il facture. Choix très restreint et produits les plus bas de gamme de l île. Jambon 1er prix, jus d orange en poudre, yaourt périmé…! Les installations électriques, climatisations et TV sont sommaires, peu fiables et tombent facilement en panne. La prise sort du mur lorsqu’on débranche le sèche cheveux. Pour couronner le tout le réceptionniste n est vraiment pas agréable ni courtois. Nous nous sommes plusieurs fois accrochés car il fait preuve d une impolitesse incroyable. Nous avons dû transférer nos bagages de la première chambre dans laquelle nous avions été déclassée à celle que nous avions réservée car je le cite « ce n est pas mon problème ni mon travail! » Incroyable ! Comme la chambre que nous avions réservée n’était pas prête de bonne heure, le lendemain nous avons dû annuler une excursion puisque le réceptionniste et son staff ne pouvait pas s occuper du transfère de nos bagages! Pour couronner le tout, la piscine était trop chlorée et nos maillots ont déteints. Cet hôtel c est un formule 1 au prix du SOFITEL car 300€ la nuit !! Fuyez !

L’hôtel est bien placé face à la mer, proche des commodités. En revanche, il y’a un problème au niveau de la localisation GPS de l’hôtel . Nous avons longuement cherché avant de trouver l’hôtel qui est situé à 2 km de ce point gps ! Hormis cela, les chambres spacieuses et propres sont d’un bon rapport qualité prix et les lits très confortables ! Je recommande !

Really nice gaff

The first thing to know is this isn't the right name for the hotel, it is Perissa Diamond, luckily our taxi driver worked out. Secondly, it isn't where it says it is on the map, teh good news is that it is in a better location on the beach. We had an exec room, which I assumed would have a view but they are all in a semi basement area, which meant they were cooler so good in that way, but no balcony worth sitting on - but it is in such a great location it didn't matter. The pool etc was really nice. Watch out for the little restaurant, every meal and drink had extra euros added to it so he was a bit shifty, but once you know to check it's more like a game !
