"Air conditioning issues by an open window. Toilet needed flushing adjustment, it was corrected. Mini bar was empty. No normal size towels ready available, I asked for them. All else very well."

"The hotel itself was not bad. The food was good, they got varieties of food all day! They got a buffet restaurant, a second restaurant that you can reserve to eat a la carte and a food truck and also a snack bar. The rooms we’re really outdated and smelly, but they changed us to a better one. The got 2 pools. The staff is friendly and helpful (except a few). The hotel is good for the price and if you don’t need anything luxurious."

"Siempre que viajo me quedo en este Hotel y es la primera vez que la habitación no se limpia y el baño se sale el agua de la bañera hacia afuera. Deben trabajar un poco mejor estas areas"
