Amazing stay!! 2 blocks from Plaza Colon and walking distance to the main streets, monuments and must see spots in the colonial area and surroundings. Very friendly staff, breakfast included and a jacuzzi on top of the building where you can chill out and relax in between your daily agenda. Deffinitely recommend!!

The hotel is right on historic center, walking distance to major attractions, restaurants, museums and shops. The water pressure was so weak at night, they also need to add more choices for breakfast, not just eggs and toast.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Always smiling and pleasant, the service was top notch. Also the free breakfast was fantastic! I would recommend everyone to stay here. 10/10!

The location could hardly be better for those interested in staying in the oldest part of the city. The price was very reasonable. It would have been nice to have a chair in the room - but my single room was really too small.

The staff is limited, 1 person at the reception and 1 at the kitchen.Hardly speak english or Spanish.They do false advertising on social media about lending the bikes but end charging $10.00 hr after you bring it back,which I was never informed.The Breakfast was just eggs and bread with a glass a juice.Location was great.

Pros: Pretty design, location is great, included breakfast, easy check in, they were able to exchange my currency, and you get what you paid for pretty affordable stay. Cons: Very loud because of the park next door, water leaking from the bathroom ceiling, key card was a hassle to open the door, they wanted to charge me for a beverage that I never touched, WIFI is non existent, walls are super thin, and breakfast is "okay"
