"The customer service I received was the absolute best. I asked for a top floor room and I got it. They were able to get me into my room earlier due to my flight schedule change, and that made the hugest difference for my trip. My room was spotless. The hotel is gorgeous. Breakfast was wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"All staff I met during ny 3 night stay were professional, friendly and had good knowledge of Lisbon to pass onto us. The room was clean and very comfortable and refreshed daily. Bathroom was more than adequate with fluffy towels and lovely scented shower gel and hand-wash in dispensers. The coffee shop on the ground floor serves delicious coffee and pastries, sandwiches etc. Good location however i did find it noisy at night. 2nd floor room with lots going on in the street below !"

"The staff was great, the amenities were very nice after long days of walking. (sauna and steam room). The location is good, it is walking distance from the city center, you can use the metro very easily, it’s right outside the doors to get to Baixa-Chiado and beyond. "
