This was probably the best Marriott experience we’ve had, staff was amazing and very accommodating. This location is perfect it is close to everything, grocery, drug store, mall, and food. Would highly recommend.

Website needs updating as there is no spa massage facilities. They stopped in December 2024. Other than that , can not fault the service we received. Good buffet breakfast az well.

Excellent service

Initial room was a bit dated with shower in bath which we had trouble getting out of being over 70 years, but they immediately upgraded us to a walk in shower room, with a better view. Hotel is close to shopping malls and plenty of restaurants to choose from with various cuisines. Hotel staff were excellent - very friendly especially at check-in, and breakfasts were great - we had a breakfast box on two days as we had an early pick-up, and they were more than adequate. They can also book day tours and make recommendations which we found very useful. The hotel restaurant was quite expensive for what we had, and we only ate there for one evening, but all restaurants in the malls were also fairly expensive, so be prepared to pay - Santiago is an expensive place.

Great location and restaurant

Walking to a lot of shopping options, excellent restaurant, but only room service after 9pm, unfortunately no fan in the bathroom or windows to open (handicapped traveler). Very good staff overall, Christian at the front desk was very helpful, as was Rodrigo in the bar, unpleasant parking security guard one day. Overall a pleasant stay.
