Cecilia was a great help at the front desk. She made my stay … incredible service. The room was comfortable. The shower was great. It’s in a decent location close to the metro. Good stay for the value paid.

Hotel quite recently renovated (looks like). Clean and specious room. We liked our bed and pillows were fine. It was quiet at night. Breakfast was good enough to start our day. Fresh fruits big bonus, cheese, ham, scrambled eggs, yogurt etc. We would definitely recommend it. Very close to downtown, 8-10 minutes walk.

We stayed at this hotel twice, once to explore Santiago and then a brief stop back from Patagonia before heading to the coast. Great value, free basic breakfast, clean hotel, good location to walk to main attractions. Some street noise so recommend ear plugs.

The location is in the center but not in the main road. A lot of convenient store and restaurant around. The staff are very friend and for anything you need they will assist you like the luggage storage, laundry, taxi, and tours

Central and late check out option

Good location to visit Santiago. Nice hotel. Clean and confortable romm. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast need to be improved. Better take a cab if you go back late to the hotel as the surroundings are not very safe. We had a late flight and got a late check out (8pm) for 30$.

The hotel is clean and new, and the room and bathroom were also very nice, silent and with good size, however we found that sometimes the water is not warm enough, specially in hours of high use of the showers (night and morning). The breakfast is lovely and the restaurant has quite good food, and the bar has AMAZING drinks. The neighborhood tho is a bit weird and seems not so safe to walk around.

It was a good hotel for the price. The location was great and walkable to many attractions. I reserved a king room and received two single beds. The WiFi was horribly slow in the room I needed to use cellphone data. In the lobby, WiFi was fine so maybe it depends on the room. Rooms have a desk but no chair if you need to work...

The room was enough to rest after the tours, however the towels and sheets were below the average, they were clean and that's it. Also the first time they cleaned our room they only left a single towel, without leaving soap or shampoo, luckily we brought our own. After we left a note for the staff asking for supplies and another towel they did it every day.

Very helpful staff made this a pleasant stay. They answered our questions, even walked us part of the way when we went out for lunch. The room was small, but the bed was comfortable & everything was clean. The AC started to drip during the night which made a puddle on the floor. They offered to move us, but we didn't want the bother. The neighborhood was not the best, but during the day we felt safe & made sure to be in before dark. There are lots of shops, bars & restaurants within walking distance. Never got a chance to enjoy breakfast, but they gave us a bag to pack for ourselves one of days. This isn't a fancy establishment, but it fulfilled our basic needs.

Good Breakfast. Real eggs with meat and also without meat. Comfortable beds and room. I was right above the lobby so it was a little noisy when trying to sleep in. The staff was very helpful to get me a different room for the 2nd night. Good central location and good value. I would stay here again.
