Flat bem localizado.

Gosto muito da localização desse Flat em Las Condes. Fora da área turística mas ao mesmo tempo perto de tudo. Bem equipado e espaço adequado. Porém nessa estadia percebi algumas falhas. O ralo do chuveiro estava entupido. A poltrona da sala e os bancos do bar também precisa de uma manutenção. Mas nada que tenha estragado a estada. Checkin e checkout ágeis. Internet satisfatória. Localização excelente para quem não gosta de ficar em área turística. Próximo ao metrô. Shopping pequeno e mercados próximo. Recomendo.

Solo me gustaría; a modo de sugerencia, indicar que seria bueno si pudieran evaluar el retiro de las alfombras, la verdad este tipo de piso no es muy higiénico y las alfombras de los dormitorios se veían muy sucias. A parte de eso el Depto. es muy comodo esta muy bien ubicado y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estadia comoda y agradable.

The apartment was OK and well located, but we couldn't access the parking space we were assigned as the vehicle in the spot next to ours was large and parked partially in our spot. We tried calling the rental number and nobody from the rental company answered our calls (after hours?) so luckily the security people assigned us a visitors parking spot. When we got into the apartment, all seemed ok, however there were a couple of burnt out light bulbs that needed to be replaced. Some of the dishes and cutlery were dirty and we needed wash them before using them. There was no work area to setup a computer, so I had to use the small table of the outdoor balcony. The elevators were very slow, as it is a very large building. We originally had planned to stay 4 nights, however after 2 nights we decided leave and find a better place.

El departamento muy cómodo, limpio. El edificio es muy grande y muy bien mantenido. Lo malo, ciertos días había personas de otros departamentos que hacían demasiada bulla, parecía que discutían y la pelea duro hasta las 03:00 am. Por lo demas muy buena experiencia

Small tidy apartment in a good location

The apartment is in peaceful and safe area and there are some restaurants around. There is only one air condition machine in the bedroom, but we kept the door open to the living room and it was totally ok. In the living room there is only one sofa and a chair and therefore it is a little ascetic. The only which was irritating is the noice of traffic. Although the apartment is at 21st floor, the noice at the terrace is very loud and unfortunately you can hear it inside as well.

Vacation time

In general the cleanness condition of apartment was not good (Dirty). The second day, it was possible to see some improvement after cleanness process. Good location near to the supermarket and mall. The swimming pool was amazing w/ great view on the top of building.

Excellent location and roomy apartment. Secure and clean. Water is hot and pressure is reasonable. Good facilities (pool and gym) and main bedroom has air con. Suitable for longer stays, however a few things are amiss: there’s a dishwasher and washing machine but detergents aren’t provided (even a few tablets for the dishwasher would be good). There’s a fully equipped kitchen but no oven mitt/ tea towels. They are promptly responsive to requests, such as the provision of a laundry hanging stand. I’d come back again.

Cheguei as 6hr da manhã e pedi para deixar as malas no hotel, pois o check in era somente as 14 hr e o hotel não autorizou. Na primeira noite no hotel dia 24/08/19 o hotel tem um espaço de festa no andar 22 e o meu quarto era no andar 21. Nesse dia estava tendo uma festa com muito jovens bebendo e barulho alto, infelizmente tive que chamar a polícia local para acabar com a festa, pois a recepção e nem o administrador do hotel não podiam pedir para parar a festa alegando que a mesma já estava reservada. Diante desses pontos a minha hospedagem não foi boa e também não tive nenhum amparo da administração do hotel.

Localização excelente, próximo ao metro, supermercado, shopping e a uns 800 metros do Omnium Mall, que tem trnasfer para os centros de Ski. Apartamentos confortáveis. Não vi, ou ao menos não achei um local com computador e impressora disponíveis, facilitaria muito. Retornaria com certeza.

O local é lindo, apartamento muito espaçoso, ficamos uma semana e o cuidado conosco foi perfeito, limpeza, recepção, facilidade de contato com a Myluxapart pelo whatsapp, tudo... Super recomendamos esse local... Próximo de tudo, metrô, Shopping Parque Arauco, Omnium Mall (local de saída para a neve).... possibilitou que fizéssemos tudo a pé ou pagando muito pouco de Uber...

Desconforme por la higiene del lugar.

Limpieza deja mucho que desear, alfombras asquerosamente sucias, limpieza del apart no profunda. Sábanas no se si habían sido cambiadas ya que NO tenían olor a limpió. Intentamos comunicarnos a un tel que tienen en la Puerta para contactarse por Wapp y nadie nos contestó. No déjan ni un sobre de azúcar o café, té o hielo como cortesía. Absulatemnte nada. La ubicación es buena, edifico moderno Lo único positivo a destacar.
